Excellent deep tissue, great friendly service.hard workers.very clean and efficient. I've noticed a
few unhappy customers.
We have never had a problem with the workers here. They are caring workers, not lazy. A good tip is important this work is difficult.be respectful if your not happy communication is important.

Did a lazy job then at the end had the audacity to demand a tip pretty much. Then the manager girl came and tried to assure me she was one of her best workers.

Came here twice now and both times Amy was more than amazing. Helped focus on my lower back pain I’ve had for couple days def going back

I decided to get a massage for my birthday. Amy did a great job finding all the pressure points to relax me. The 90 minute massage was pure bliss! I thought $110 plus $40 tip was a fantastic deal! I'm surprised that this type of hard work is so inexpensive. I would have paid double!

The massage itself, great. But the after massage. Paying was uncomfortable. The fee charged when using a card, the clear disappointment in the tip i left. Which was standard. So unfortunate. The expectations and fee's are too high. Won't be back. Sigh

Amy, Ashon, Mae - all therapists there are fantastic. Incredibly kind, friendly. Only request is to have a method to confirm/request appts via text, or on-line to prevent appt interruptions. They work hard & are very sweet.

Amy was amazing! I came in for a 90 min. This was my fourth massage with Amy and every one has been excellent! Great pressure, great technique, and Hot towels. I wish I could come every week. The facility is really nice and spacious and relaxing. Amy was able to get me in on short notice. I am super grateful to her. I found my new go too for a massage!

Disappointed overall. I question if anyone is licensed or professionally trained. Multiple interruptions to our couples massage; masseuse walked away 3 times during massage to attend to other customers and music issue. Then when tipped appropriately for mediocre service, she stated they have a 20% minimum requirement! This expectation that a tip is a guarantee has gotten out of hand these days. The tip is a reflection of how well the customer experience was. If it's low, then ask what you can do to improve. I won't go back.
