Kara Shore is good at what she does but she is very irresponsible while her wife is always hanging around hindering her while work she cancels appointments at the drop of a dime while is very unprofessional but that what you can expect when you trust a young person do your hair

I got my hair cut by Kara shore.
She was nice and refunded me at my request.but she ruined my hair and I feel like people should be aware.

This is my 2nd time in a row with 2 separate stylists that just couldn’t seem to trim my hair without completely chopping it.first place was a cheap salon so I figured going here and paying more I would get a quality cut; but I was very wrong.

First time visiting this location was yesterday, 12.16.19. I had the pleasure of receiving a haircut by Nicole Fry. She is patient, kind, and detail oriented. Having no idea what I wanted, she was able to find the perfect solution. Thank you, Nicole! Looking forward to next time!

Nicole is my hair cutter.she does an excellent job, just the way i like and ask for.very nice price too! I don't mind driving from albany to salem every month because i know i will never have an unpleasant surprise!

Kara Shore at Wisp is awesome! She listens to what you want your hair to turn out like. She also charges an insanely reasonable rate. I highly recommend her! My hair feels healthy again.

Get my haircut done by Nicole Fry about twice monthly. All the stylists prices are low and they do amazing work!

Omg! Crystal did an amazing job on my nails! They not only are beautiful but she's super gentle and a kick to talk to. Crystal is stuck with me now!

Nicole Fry had a Groupon (even though her regular prices are pretty reasonable. She also has a student discount!) and I had such a great experience here!

I HATE cutting my hair but Nicole's services made it so much fun!
I told her how many inches I wanted off the ends. She cut my ends off (trim) and not an inch more! Then she helped me decide on bangs (which look great!) and then she gave me a scalp treatment along with an awesome scalp massage! She talked to me the WHOLE time and made me her priority! After the scalp treatment she dried my hair and then styled it!

ALL THIS IN UNDER AN HOUR! Nicole is super fast, quick, attentive, and awesome!

I always love coming here. Crystal and the rest of the girls always make me feel right at home. And I love my nails every time

These people are trouble makers! Formally owned salon wisp now opened "Turning heads" on commercial and kuebler.
Two of the owners followed a person to thier car and two male wittnesses saw these women. From turning heads. Yelling at this lady from a nearby business! How awful for the surrounding businesses!
If you want drama and rude people than go there. If you want to relax.go somewhere else.

One of the worst experiences at a salon ever.
I had an appointment booked on MY birthday, super excited to have a fresh look.
The terrible customer service is why I left. I wouldn’t trust half the ladies in there with my hair.

Carol cut dyed styled my hair at a very reasonable price. For the first time in i don't know how long I can finally say I love my hair. Very nice, fun to talk with lady. I can't wait for my husband and kids to see it.

Nails done by Crystal Rose are amazing. The other girls there are great and even though I only got my nails done by Crystal, the atmosphere was great. If only they served mimosas
