5If I could give 0 stars I would. They were very aggressive and rude. They were also unprofessional and their hair did not look good enough for people who work in a beauty supply.
Terrible customer service. The girl with the major attitude who helped me was so rude and made me feel stupid for asking common questions. I was there months ago and the sweetest most helpful guy with blonde hair was there, missed him. Will not be returning or recommending this location to others
Very rude employees. Management doesn't care if their employers scream and curse at you. I have never been treated so poorly and when "management" tried to contact me they where just as rude and hostile.
Friendly and helpful staff, they’re really busy keeping up on stocking, so be nice to them- they’re always able to help. Highly recommend this location- lots of inventory and resources for stylists.
Horrible customer service. Unhelpful. Not very knowledgeable about products. Misleading on the phone.
