Very professional, Loved Sam's office dog. I think all involved put a lot into developing the best insurance coverage for my wife and I, and we look forward to a long lasting relationship.

I was having issues with my claim when someone backed into my car back in October. I called Sam and magically my claim was settled that day. I could then get my car fixed. Next I was having issues getting reimbursed for my rental car. I again called Sam, with payment made to me that very day. Sam will get things done for you. Thank you so much Sam!

I have been with Allstate since I started driving years ago. I have had all good experiences. They have great coverage and the two agents I’ve had in my time with them have always tried to get me the best rate. Right now Sam Workman is my agent. He responds quickly, is very knowledgeable, and helpful. If you’re in the Oregon City area I definitely recommend Allstate and Sam. When my previous car was totaled all the people I interacted with throughout the whole process treated me with respect, and kindness. I love using Allstate.

Do NOT use All-State ESPECIALLY Sam workman's office. I have never actually spoken with sam himself. Hes always "out of office". Himself Shamika and Ashley have all proved they are careless and dishonest people. I have been a client for years and when my brand new motorcycle was stolen they told me my policy was canceled less than a mo th earlier due to a $60 payment that had not gone through successfully.
I was made aware only the day i called to make a claim when it was stolen. They had me make a btand new claim ($80) on top of paying the late $60. Then told me days later they would not cover the theft. When questioned why i wasn't made aware of the cancellation they said they "tried to reach me by phone but had the wrong number". I was just billed another $25 for no reason today a month later on top of not receiving my refund. I called the office an Ashley quite literally laughed in my face. If you value tour belongings and their security i advise getting insurance at another company.

So my agent is really helpful he always has answers to all my questions.
But recently I had a accident hit a deer. Well I was told to drop my car off at a place and they would go from there. Well a week went by and I had not heard anything. But I was put on a rental. However my guy who does the estimate and the guy who does them at allstate came up with two different amounts. I was not aware I had to be the middle man between the two guys, I figured allstate would handle it. So I got a small check from my insurance company that had no clue what it was gonna cover. So in the meantime I only have a rental for 30 days and they won't budge. No needless. To say my rental runs out in a few days and due to covid parts are longer wait time to get. So now my car won't be done til a week after my car done. I'm a single mom working and won't have a car for 6 daya because nobody cares to communicate at all during this.

I have my home insurance and car insurance for ever and Sam and his whole stuff is very helpful. I do not have any claims for many years but whenever I call them they are very helpful

I never actually talked to Sam. I only ever talked to one of his assistants. I was misquoted and thought I was going to save quiet a bit of money by switching to Allstate. Come to find out that the quote did not include my 2 children that drive and after figuring that out the monthly premium would have been $100+ more a month then my current insurance. I quickly cancelled my policy and went back to my previous company. Besides this huge screw-up the assistant I worked with was nice and responsive.

Absolutely appalling the arrogance and ego of the agent Nicole Alvarez while trying to cancel my insurance because I moved across the state. Demanding personal information they state is their policy but it is NOT the policy of Allstate just the supposed policy of their office. I don’t feel they have the right to refuse to cancel my insurance unless I provide them with personal information of how much money I am spending on my new insurance company. Completely rude and appalling! If you want to talk to condescending women the entire time you have your insurance policy through them then this is the place for you. I dreaded calling to ever ask questions with this woman. I’m not a fan of being laughed at or talked to like a child. I feel you get highly rated stars because they make you go paperless so they don’t have to talk to you.
