I have had good experiences here and love the x-ray and blood labs are open 24/7. Nice staff and great hospitality station not locked up like in Florence.

Ended up going to the ER for a fall that involved head injury. Wait time was ridiculously long 4.5 hrs is a bit much. Once being seen triage, admissions, Imaging, RN, EMT & Dr were all amazing. The Team all answered my questions.
My only complaint is the horrible wait time.

Had to go to the emergency room while on vacation a few days because of a deep wound. Everyone was so caring and helpful. They took the time to talk to us and I was really impressed. Thank you for caring.

Wish I could rate it bellow 1 because I would. I lived in lincoln city for 3 years and never had a good experience with samaritan north lincoln hospital. Always understaffed and is the only medical facility open within 40 miles on the weekends. If you have the pleasure of being injured in lincoln city you can expect to wait for atleast 4 hours before you will be seen. The care is substandard at best and the food is always terrible. Anastasialigist dont wear gloves when inserting IVs. Stay safe stay away.

Worst experience. Left feeling worse than I did before I went in & never got seen after 2 hrs. Nurses just laugh it up in the back while people are suffering in the waiting room. Don't go if you need prompt service. Find a different place to go.

I went in to ER terribly ill, not very communicative, fussing, and somewhat unpleasant. Within 15 minutes of walking in the door, they had me in the back, treated by an entire team, and almost completely stabilized. They ran all the necessary tests including a cat scan, treated me very well, and had me out of there in less than 1 and 1/2 hours. Thank you all so very much!

I have never been treated so badly in my life. If you have mental health issues do not go to this hospital. I was treated like less than human.

Though fairly common at many hospitals, fear the emergency room and the fact insurance may not cover. Exuberant fees, mail sent months later, overall terrible experience with little help. Would not recommend going here at any point in time.

We were on vacation and I had an emergency, we went to this hospital for care.
All the times I have been to the hospital never had care like this. From the nurse to my doctor it was top notch. They were very thorough with ever test they took, the doctor came in and explained what was going on. They were polite, and so thoughtful. Wish we had this where I live, fortunately I am doing well. You guys all Rock and thanks for all the great care. ️

I came in today for a very personal tender diagnosis. Thank you Stacy, my wonderful charge Nurse. I haven’t been called that many sweet pet names since I was young. You are a wonderful woman. Thank you for all your discretion, and lovely manner. Remember what Taxi I drive? Give me a call. I’ll take you anywhere you wanna go on meyou are a nice lady.

We were vacationing from out of town. My son went over the handlebars of his bike and broke his hand. The staff was awesome. They took great care of him and we were in and out in under two hours.

Samaritan North Lincoln took excellent care of my mom (and me) when she was in the hospital, and the nurses were so sweet and attentive. I will always have a special fondness for this hospital.

*DAYNA! BEAUTIFUL DAYNA! *

I went in for a simple blood draw (Once i could find the place, it's a zoo right now with the construction!) And was met with a fun, laid back gal with a good sense about her. She even gave me a big o'l rubber band for being good! Haha. Thanks again Dayna and here's to my levels! Additionally, i REALLY hope I'm spelling your name right! -Jeff:)

I came to emergency on Febuary 17 at 10am with a surgical wound that needed to be changed as a result of leakage.the staff was very attentive and did a good job taking care of me. I was told if I had anymore issues to not hesitate to come back. I was scheduled to see my doctor on Friday the 21st and hope the bandage would hold tell then, however Thursday morning it started leaking again. I came back and was in one of the rooms, the nurse was very helpful.however when the ER doctor came in her tone was less then friendly and she informed me that in the future she was reccomending I go to a different facility for this proceedure. I feel she insulted my intellegents and made feel that my problem was to mondain for her time. As a result of this I will not ever come back to your facility again.this incident accured at 8: 30 am with an empty lobby.

Went to the ER for a shoulder dislocation I got while hiking. Gave me several options, all which included, meds, sedation, surgery, or combos of either. I asked if he could just pop it back in there, and he jiggled my elbow for 15 seconds and it popped back into place. 3 months later - I get a charge for $1,038 for that treatment. Nobody readily available to discuss with on why a 15 second procedure costs more than a grand. They offered me their financial assistance program - but that doesn't help me any. It's not that I can't pay, it's the fact that it is OUTRAGEOUS that it would ever cost that much. I have one of the best insurances, but not much they can do when a hospital bills this outrageous amount for arguably something a wilderness first responder can do easily. Stay away from this hospital. They might give you good care, but you'll get the bundle of grief in an envelope later.
