Great place, good food, great service. Bree was so thoughtful and kind while I scrambled to make up my mind with so many options on a strict diet. She was really patient with me and only weird thing was her manager (?) yelled at her in front of us? ! Keep smiling Bree! You’re amazing!

Fantastic views of the coast when sitting on the outdoor patio. We were seated and waited on quickly. Our waiter was especially prompt, precise, and very nice. We both tried the fish and chips (tuna and rock fish), and were very tasty! Great spot to stop.

This place is great. We went on a Monday, and had a 15 minute wait. I had the best fish and chips I've ever had. The prices were what one would expect for the area, but the quality of the food and service increased the value. I'll hope to return some day.

Stopped for lunch on a busy Sunday afternoon in Aug, the place was slammed and short staffed but after a short wait the food, scenery, and service were as good as we have ever found on the coast. Highly recommend this place, we've been there at least half a dozen times and will return

Loved the gluten free options and what an unexpectedly outstanding menu. Specials board was bangin! We tried the grilled shrimp as an appetizer and I swear that’s the best grilled shrimp I’ve ever had! The fries were gluten free which is always a must-have and the salmon and curry mussels were perfect! We ate on the patio with a perfect view and lovely service. I was blown away! Can’t wait to come back here!

Nice patio with an excellent view of the ocean and dogs are welcome. Service was prompt and friendly. We had the salad nicoise and albacore tuna fish and chips. The fish was nicely cooked and the salad was fresh and the fries were hot and crispy. Bathrooms were clean. I'll go back for sure.

Had dined here last year and truly enjoyed the meal, which warranted a return. Sadly, the Sand Dollar left me with a definite avoid from now on: . It started with soggy calamari, very bland and grossly overpriced ($10, not the $9 as shown on their website) cup of clam chowder and a thin, sauced, barely any seafood cioppino. The carrot cake was of decent size, though a bit grainy.

"Mediocre food that's expensive", is how my boyfriend described it and that's very accurate. Our favorite part of our meal was the french fries. The cocktail I got had such a small amount of alcohol in it that I couldn't taste it. $10 for 4 sips of a cocktail, and they underut the alcohol. The fish wasn't terrible, but we only got one slice and we swore the menu said 2 pieces. The clam chowder was watery and lacked flavor, but the clam pieces were good. Overall the cost isn't exactly worth the quality of food.

Out of the two things I tried here food wise the honey brie burger and the chicken tacos I gotta say those both were by far the best tacos I've had on the coast and the best burger I've had in a long time anywhere and then let's get to the drinks I had a mule and some fruity cocktail and they were absolutely outstanding we definitely will be coming back also service was fantastic

I cannot express exactly how great this place is cause no words really express. We had the most amazing dinner here ever. Everything our table got was exquisite and the server was so incredible. We asked to speak with her manager and got to tell them how much we appreciated the awesome experience here. They even stayed open late for us til we could finish our meals. I will certainly be visiting again as soon as conceivably possible

Got seated quickly with a great view but that was about the extent of the good part of my lunch. The service was lackluster - not remotely friendly, welcoming, or timely. I never was provided with water though all other tables had cups along with any other beverages.

The food was disappointing given the $24 price tag for smoked salmon salad. The smoked salmon chunk was about the size of four dice. A few bits of dill and greens.

Didn’t even ask if I wanted more wine or dessert or anything. And I was seated at a table for one, it wasn’t busy, so not sure why there was such a rush to turn my table.

The only nice thing was the view and you can get that for free after a lunch somewhere else.

We had delicious meals (shrimp tacos, clam chowder, shrimp salad with avocado lime dressing). We enjoyed the seasoning on the grilled shrimp. The service was great on a busy night and we loved the view! We will return.

Cute cocktails and great seafood! Super kind staff even despite them working with a different disgruntled patron. Outdoor seating is right on the edge of the shore and got to enjoy watching the sunset with dinner.

Frankly the best thing about this place is the view. Thankfully our waitress was attentive and prompt, food was out in reasonable time and everything was enjoyed by the members of our party (ranging in age from 7 to 76). However, $10 for a grilled cheese and frozen fries? $22 for 5 fried oysters and, you guessed it, frozen fries? I guess this is what happens from "inflation" and "wage costs" but at some point something's got to give. Also, there is a sign near their register that basically says not to bother complaining unless you plan to submit an application to prove you can do the job better. For $150 on lunch for 6 people I am expecting nothing less than stellar service. If I receive any less I am going to complain because guess what- at these prices they have to make up for the small portions with 5 star service. Also, for a restaurant right on the beach I expected more seafood options.

The staff, Jose, was very friendly, helpful and attentive. Jose had a smile on his face and willing to answer all our questions. The garlic feta fries were very good, but if you don't enjoy salt it could be a bit much. The cod fish was tasty and juicy, but the fries were a little bland after the garlic feta fries. The chicken paprishka was a good stew. The chicken BLT with bacon dipped in egg batter, which was tasty. The limited white chocolate raspberry cheesecake was good. The salted caramel cookie was already prepackaged and was decent. I prefer more of a salty caramel. The banana cake swirl was like a bread with chocolate swirl.

Food was absolutely delicious and the staff was kind and knowledgeable. We ordered the calamari, which only had a few banana peppers (another review said it was 1/4) and the shrimp as starters, and I had an amazing salmon taco special. We are heading back again to try some of the other delicious-sounding dishes on the menu.

Excellent experience. Best clam chowder I've ever had. Bri, our server felt like an old friend by the end of our meal. She is the sweetest person. We had such a delightful time. We look forward to visiting again.

I have eaten at this restaurant before and had an OK experience. Me and my family decided to eat there again and the experience was definitely sub par for everyone. Food was just OK except for the dessert which was in my opinion stale. Was so dry I couldn’t finish it. The waitress gave us trouble about substituting fries for rice for my grandson who doesn’t eat fries! Probably will not go here again. Sorry!

$16 cheeseburger plate came with a mountain of cold, tasteless fries. Oredered medium rare, arrived well done (why ask me then?) and clam chowder was average.after I added pepper it had some taste.
I heard guests at the table behind me complaining about their burgers as well. This was a slight step up from a McDonald's burger meal, but triple the price. Next time, when in Rockaway Beach, go to the Smokehouse.

We took our parents here for a 50th anniversary dinner and we were sorry. We had a group of 11, we called ahead and were told they didn't accept reservations. No problem. I totally get it. We showed up for an early dinner hoping to be seated together, and figured showing up prior to prime dinner hours would be easier for them. The hostess at the front was quite unwelcoming and I felt a bit hostile. She quickly told us there was no way they could put tables together for us and she told us they absolutely refused to do separate checks (we hadn't even asked, this was just the first the things out of her mouth when we told her how large our group was). I was like, hey lady, we just walked in. How about you welcome us before you seem like you're exasperated with putting up with us.
Just to left, as you first enter there is an office. I assume this is where they run the business part of the restaurant, but the door was open and it looked like a collection of teenagers lived in there. An absolute mess. Not a very welcoming sight when you first enter a place where you're trying to provide a nice dinner for your family. Our waitress was very very nice, which is why this got 2 stars. It also had a nice view of the beach.
My Dad had the shrimp tacos which looked good, I ordered a chicken BLT which had absolutely 0 taste. It seemed pretty obvious they didn't even put salt and pepper on it. We won't be returning here.
