They got long queue most of the time. Why? Of course, inflation is real and people are switching to a fast cheap and good eateries where their pockets won’t be a problem.

Food here is too oily yet tasty and savory. The teriyaki chicken is people’s favorite but love putting some shrimp on it. The veggie delight is light but not that hearty (I can taste the msg.)

No time for chit-chatting here. You order, pay and wait in the corner for your number to be called. Portion is pleasantly generous. If I’m living in the area, I know where to go if I’m really hungry. Lol.

Will surely come back for more in here.

I really hope you take this comment into account since I have seen like 5 previous ones with the same problem. Yesterday I went to eat with my family in this place, the food is good, the cook was kind and fast in our order but we had very unpleasant attention from the cashier, a girl with glasses, she was making an unpleasant face, my mom she tried to be nice and smiling and she just ignored her. I'm going to call the customer service number and send an email so the owners really know what's going on in this place and of course I will never eat there again.

Lousy customer service, the Nahuapipil guy who attended me left me speechless and ignored what I was asking after paying him and leaving tips!

I've noticed that this place is not clean at all today September 5 of 2022 I went in and I found aluminumwires from there brush and I felt it when I had already eat it and I had to throw up everything in order to get that aluminum brush hair please stop eating there

Food is always great, no problem there. The girl at the counter aggressively rolled her eyes at my request for vegetables instead of sushi for the bento. Wondered if it was just extremely inconvenient until she easily made the change and charged me 2 dollars more. Completely unnecessary aggression during a 30 second exchange, foods good tho so 2 stars.

I absolutely love this place they make my food amazing and I always have leftovers to eat later

If you really want to eat this, be polite to the store staff. Then your rice bowl will change.
They are rude and give food by judging people.
If you give them a lot of money and give up the customer's authority, you will have bad food.

Lady was so rude. And the food was a 0 star, I hope the owner red's the reviews before he loses costumers.

Came here on a Saturday. Line went pretty fast. Food tastes good. Don’t know what those bad reviews are about. Portions are reasonable for the price the photo shows the plate of chicken teriyaki half way eaten already. Eve try one working there this day was nice and kind. If you want extra sauce you can always ask. Perfect place to eat when hungry.

No flavor what so ever, there was no sauce on my teriyaki shrimp, I had to ask, the fried rice was still steamed rice not mixed or flavored. I paid $11 for a bottle of water

I'm asking for 2 orders the teriyaki chicken also one order the shrimp with teriyaki chiken
They don't have the cashier tell me I rude because him don't offer fork, napkin the customer service is very bad only asking for

Been eating this place for yeaaaaaars! It has always been delicious and great employees but recently it does not taste the same and the portions are so small barely any chicken. I just hope it doesn't go downhill.

Always get the teriyaki chicken bento, my fiancée gets the shrimp teriyaki bento. Both of these are always delicious and we’ve never had a complaint!

So I'm eating this at the food court right now and it was rushed and I have fear I'll get sick from food quality issues. Will post update. If you don't hear from me again know that Bill can't cook chicken

I love the taste of their food but 2 days ago I was there and got a beef teriyaki and the beef potion was low. I have three bites and there was just rice and vegetable left. There was a little amount of beef they gave with my meal. I will change my review and will give 5 stars if the owner changes their potion next time I go there

We love ordering from here, the chicken is always soft and delicious. The packaging for orders home is awesome and keeps it hot and fresh. Huge portions are great for sharing with friends

Food is good but portion sizes changed so dramatically. Management is obviously new or they are losing a bunch of money due to Covid so they are scamming now.
