Very friendly staff and no pressure sales. Emily was fantastic! Her knowledge was so helpful in redesigning my wedding setting to celebrate our 25th anniversary. I couldn’t be happier with how my ring turned out.

My wife commissioned Saxons to make my wedding ring. We gave them plenty of time, around about 6 whole months. We even provided them with an image of the ring exactly as we desired it. Not only did they make the ring wrong twice before we got it, We thought this was strange because all they had to do was reference the image we provided and it seems they just didn't look but they failed to get our ring made in time for our wedding so I got married without my ring. As an apology, they brought a bottle of champagne, We thought this was funny because we had told them that we don't drink.
The ring is still wrong though. The stones appear like pupils in an eye as you will see in the image I link which is incorrect and I don't have the heart to tell my wife that I hate it. Additionally, The pattern of thorns around the circumference of the ring is wrong. I don't want to send the ring back again because 3 times they have failed and I'm not sure that they're capable of making it correct.
There are some recessed portions in my ring that have blackening that we requested be sealed so it would last longer. When they delivered the ring, after out marriage, we found that the ring had not been sealed. After a month and a half, most of the blackening is already gone. We decided it wasn't worth returning to Saxon's to request the ring be fixed again.
My wife and I really regret having gone to saxons for my wedding ring.
We paid a premium price for the ring, some 4 months of her wage and we were really let down.
My wedding ring is the physical object that symbolizes the spiritual bond between me and my wife and it bothers me a lot that it's not correct.

ALL of the staff and owners are extremely personable, helpful, knowledgeable and creative! Wonderful ideas for design, always greeted by my first name, caring, warm and worth more than the price for excellent service, fine craftsmanship and quality. I would not shop anywhere else for fine jewelry.

I was looking for a small diamond band that was smaller than my wedding ring to wear when out walking, hiking etc. Emily helped me find the perfect one. Hearts on Fire stacking band. It's perfect and beautiful. I love it.

I have since brought the ring back to have a loose stone repaired.
