Very impressed! Accidentally had fingernail polish leak on my car seat. Matt gave me some great info over the phone and had me drop by to take a look at it. Matt was able to remove the polish right then and there to where it was barely even noticeable unless you were searching for it. The result was beyond what I expected or thought possible. I was relieved and very very pleased! Thank you S. C. A for you knowledge and positive and friendly business interaction!

I booked the touch up clean, which isn't to be confused with a full detail. I was warned that it wouldn't be the best possible clean that they strive for, and it wasn't, but it was decent. I imagine that the full detail would be impressive, they seem to want to do really good work. My biggest issue was that I booked an early service and there was no where to be during it. The shop is in a part of Salem where there's also almost no where to hang out. So I felt stranded for 4 hours. One can only sit at Daynight donuts for so long. I wish I knew 1) several cars are booked at once so it will be longer than the estimated time 2) it's best to be dropped off rather than plan to hang out. I probably wouldn't return but if you have the cash for a really good clean and an extra ride, go treat yourself!

I will forever recommend S. C. A Detailing. They were able to get me in quickly and did an AMAZING job detailing the interior and exterior of my pickup. No job is too tough for them, my pickup looked brand new. Matt and the receptionist I talked to were very kind. I traveled from Philomath and will definitely do it again.

I have a 2008 Toyota Tacoma that is well loved. I had SCA clean the interior last month at the basic level and it looked cleaner than when I first bought it in 2015. It had been detailed twice before, but SCA did a much better job and in half the time. The customer service was great, the owners are awesome people, and it’s the only place I’ll go now!

Had the interior of my vehicle detailed, which included removing the carpet in order to dry out vehicle due to a leak.

Matt and his entire crew are extremely professional and detailed oriented! They even picked up and dropped off my vehicle, as I was unable to find transportation arrangements back home. My car looked and smelled so much better (like a mild new car smell), and felt so clean! I really appreciate them going the extra mile with delivering my car and working on some issues once I got the car back (one wire came unplugged under my seat).

From scheduling to receiving my car, everything was perfect and all employees I interacted with were friendly.

Right from the first call, I was impressed with how friendly everyone was. Prices were very reasonable - less than I was expecting. I was initially just wanting an interior detail (which I had been needing but especially needed after a mechanic left my window cracked while it was at their shop parked outside and mold started to grow). I took my car in, they gave me a great quote and I inquired as to their exterior services too. Ended up doing an exterior ceramic treatment too, which was a little pricey, but after researching the typical cost for the same treatment, realized it was actually a pretty good deal. Never once did they pressure or try to upsell me, they answered all my questions and were very honest.
They called me the day before they had said the car would be ready to tell me it was taking longer than expected (I had told them from the start I was in no rush) because the work was more intensive than expected, but that that wouldn't increase the price at all and because it was taking longer, they would even remove my old peeling window tint for free (which normally costs about a couple hundred bucks). When I came to pick up the car, I was amazed how good it looked. Then they told me they were out of the less expensive exterior treatment I chose, so they used the better one for no extra cost.
A great business, and all four of my cars will be taken there whenever they need a good cleaning, and I will recommend them to everyone else too.

Our truck sat for a bit and ended up with a leak plus mice. Matt and his team did a thorough, spectacular job getting rid of mouse nest behind glove compartment and in lining, cleaned filters and fans, and did a complete mold remediation, and kept us updated along the way. The truck looks and smells brand new, inside and out. Highly recommend for great work and world class customer service.

I found SCA from a local Google search for detail shops. What set then apart was their fantastic list of services with clear and accurate descriptions and pricing that was up to date.

Matt was quick to respond to my Google 'request a quote" and we were able to get my wife's car scheduled for the following Wednesday.

Her car was subject to two dogs and many gardening projects, so it needed some love. Her car was returned to us looong like NEW. All of the pet hair was gone, seats and all surfaces cleaned.
