Schmizza Pub & Grub, Eagle Point OR

According to this site the restaurant opens at 11: 00. Went there at that time and had a sign on the door that they open at 12: 00. Went back at noon and still were not open. What a way to run a business?

Horrible. They don't answer their phone. Customer service is completely lacking. How this place is still open is beyond me. I'm going to try and call again. Oh.it's only 1: 30 in the afternoon.

Great enjoy the couple of games of pool while waiting for our food to cook which was excellent by the way

Decent pizza place with limited indoor seating after 4pm.

We tried the top two recommendations the schmiza pizza and the sink pizza. They were both pilled very high with toppings and the dough was nice and soft not a crunchy type.

Overall a good pizza place that I would definitely get take away from as after the pizza set for a while tasted much better than fresh out the oven. It’s a thicker dough pizza which is nice sometimes and the toppings helped balance that as they were piled high.

Also we got the house Caesar salad which is super nice and the small one was huge it was a little bit saucy but still OK for this one.

Very rude young man as people are being served food he told us they were closed and he would call the cops if we didn't leave. Now I am really hopeful they go bankrupt!

Are they out of business? I was excited to try them, because I usually go to Abby's across the street, and I had a craving for pesto (which Abby's doesn't offer). However, they didn't answer the phone, and when I went to order in person, the windows were drawn and they were obviously closed. What is up with this place? Do they still exist?

Excellent pizza, best I've had in Southern Oregon. Looking forward to trying their salads I've heard are good too. Nice surprise!

I have always loved pizza schmizza. Attended church with the old owners. Beyond being one of the few places to go in EP, this place is usually inviting and homey.
Today was a far different experience.
Closing 30+ min early and being super rude when we did come in.

Got takeout here and it was good. The pizzas were really filling and was satisfied. The staff was really friendly and gave me the extra ranch just like I had asked for.

I really can only comment on the Eagle Point location, the food is great, but we still consider it very overpriced. The “service” can barely be called that, as this place is continually understaffed. Long waits for food and beverage, and often food mistakes happen and we receive discounts or even free items. Poor management seems to be the issue here.

Love the Pizza the only reason not giving 4 stars is because of the wings. I dont what happened in the last couple months but they are buying poor quality wings and then keeping the high price the same. I would order 4 dozen a month for us but now I'm down to 1 dozen every 2 months in hopes they bring back the good ones

reason for not giving 5 is the wait is ridiculous. I dont think the staff is to blame. I think they need more cooks possibly.

Second chance!

Tried to give this place a second chance but it was a no go. The food has always been good. It is unfortunate that their customer service is just Terrible! Went there just before the second COVID shut down and they had one employee plus the owner took hours to get food. The place was a total mess. The owner can’t seem to get any good help. Just tried to go in and give them a chance to make us customers again. Sat down then we were told they only do dine in until 2pm. I don’t know how this place does any good at all. It is painted on the window open for dine in. What is going on here. Too bad we will be going else where for pizza now in Eagle Point.

I'll pay $40 for a large i don't care. The BBQ Chicken Pizza is to die for. Haven't tried any other pizza yet, but I'm fine with that. The first one I got was slighlty dilapidated but still got me to where i was wanting to go. The second one was wifey material. Perfectly baked. Fetta cheese sprinkled so evenly. It was a super aesthetic looking za. But it tasted even better sliding down my gullet. Your ranch is amazing as well!

The food here is one of a kind! And the atmosphere inside is amazing when you were actually allowed to dine in places. Unfortunately the employees here tend to take their time whenever I go to pick my food up or whenever doordash/Grubhub picks my food up ; The employees mess around a lot and don’t help the customers out at a reasonable pace. I have seen multiple workers standing around, talking to one another without helping the 5 people in line waiting for their food.
I would love some people (employees) in this establishment that actually care about the customers.

I have been buying the same Pizza for the last two years here in Eagle Point. The cost has always been the same 21.50 for a med pizza (pep, sausage, mushrooms, onions, green bells and extra cheese) but tonight the cost was 30.50, YEP 10.00 more.
When I questioned the price the emp Shayne G became very aggressive and was raising his voice that no prices had been raised and that prior they must not have been charging me for topping! Really for 2 years they were not charging me for toppings? Either this place is making up for Covid or they need to rethink how they train their employees to do customer service, as Shayne G should get retrained as soon as possible. I will never be back and in a small town things like this will spread like wildfire.
Before you order get a price as times are hard on all of us and this is just NOT right.

The pizza looked good (I can't eat red meat or dairy), so I can't really vouch for it. The chicken strips, once again, were horribly overcooked
