Cashier / server was rude food was cold and slammed our plates on the table asked for a tray to go and gave it to me with a bad attitude n no paper liner for the cardboard box to go I come here once a month for the last 2 years n never been treated that way.

Been coming here for years, love their BBQ Chicken with crispy crust, by far the best pizza ive had. Thanks for always being on point.

Pizza schmizza is my favorite Pizza place to go to. My favorite thing about this restaurant is pizza by the slice. Also I noticed that this location gives a discount for students if they show their ID. I believe you could get a lunch for $5 if you are a student. I think more chain restaurants should offer discounts for students. The staff was very friendly at this location and this is an overall 5 stars. There is also nice outdoor seating at this location.

Terrible experience. Waited 1hour for a pizza before we decided to leave, when we asked how much longer it would take they said an additional 30 minutes.

35 minutes of waiting I witness four customers after me in line finish their meals. The blonde couldn’t ever remember which order was ours and attempted to hand me three wrong orders in that amount of time. Voided the transaction and now I’m down close to $50 until they decide to credit me back. Never again.

Pizza is pretty good, customer service meh.tall gentleman at the register seems like he’d rather be anywhere else, not too friendly and just gives off an air of “ok now get outta here” but will prob be back for the slices, they’re pretty good.

I was hungry af after playing a show downtown and you guys were right next to my hotel so I walked in. Wasn’t expecting much, but HOLY SH! This pizza is good. This will satisfy the biggest pizza critics! Customer service with a smile and a thank you! 5 stars! If there were 10 I’d give it a fkn 10!

I give them 5 stars because even though they made my pizza wrong, they fixed it without question and with kindness. Offering to credit back and give me a free pie later or I could come in and get a new one even though it was close to closing time. Excellent customer service.

It's a shame when a place I have been having lunch at for years starts playing games with their customers. I usually get the Cajunator pasta with sausage. Listed on the marque at $10.50 with the choice of chicken or sausage, the cashier tried to charge me $12.65. Assuming a mistake, although I would expect them to know their prices, the girl reluctantly changed the price but told me there is a 15 cent adder for the sausage. There is no sign or notice of this. People are already concerned about inflation, but this was pure "Bait and Switch". All this did was deprive them of my regular $3 tip, this warning to anyone going in there, and it cost them this customer. Naturally being limited on time on my work lunch hour, I paid the 15 cents, but I will be taking my business elsewhere. If you do blindly whip out your debit card when going here, take a moment and think about it.

THE MENU PRICING IS WRONG. I WAS OVERCHARGED BY 2 DOLLARS. WHEN I ASKED, THEY DID'NT HONOR WHAT THE MENU SAID. THE MENUS ARE ON TVS, HOW HARD IS IT TO UPDATE IT?

Food is normally really good. But tonight I paid for sausage in my pasta and was given flavorless chicken. Disappointed. Girl at the counter seemed more interested in her braids than taking an order. Hope next time is better as we regularly eat here to support local. Unfortunately dominos would’ve satisfied our wants tonight.the cheeese and everything that’s supposed to be on the pasta I ordered was half done.
I realize I showed up an hour before you closed…. But I expected more. Wish I could rate higher.

Honestly I feel like the people working here have never worked a professional food industry job in their life. Between, the rushed attitude to even take our order and the simple fact that major parts of our order were forgotten. I can truly say this is one of my worst experiences at a restaurant. I understand that times are tough to find more employees. I also understand that quality will not be a 5-star sit down restaurant. With that being said, the steak from my wife's salad was as near to gold as it was to good food. It was so rubbery and had no flavor at all. The bread sticks tasted and felt as though they were cooked two days ago. We've been to our local schmizza and have always had a great experience. This is why we chose to stop and eat here, needless to say I will never be back to this establishment and neither will my family. To conclude, this dining experience was far from an enjoyable time out, the management had less than no care as to our terrible time and, I cannot stress this enough, the food was worse than gas station food.
