Scott is very knowledgeable and attentive. He listens well and his furniture is lovely and great quality.

Customer Service is excellent. Best place I've found for upholstered couches and chairs. High quality product at affordable prices. Pillows are marvelous, my favorites being the ones with Dogs, Llamas and Birds.

Ten years ago we bought a sofa, a lamp & 2 down filled cushions from Director's Furniture. All are still with us but we wanted to re-use them elsewhere in our home and met up with Scott to order a new sofa. The showroom shows all the different varieties of arms, welts, heights, depths, backs, bases.who even knew cushions had ears! I left the first visit with huge sized samples of fabrics, came back later in the week & placed the order. Scott is the energizer rabbit and he can run around the showroom and highlight all the combinations that are possible to choose from. P. S. We left with another lamp and our sofa won't have ears!
