Seahorse Chocolate

We did the tour and chocolate tasting and had a great experience. The owners are very personable and love their craft. They brought us through the entire chocolate making process - bean to bar - the sourcing (a whole education in itself), roasting, grinding, tempering, etc. The tasting is akin to wine tasting, in the complexities and nuances of each type. We finished with their hot chocolate - thick, rich, pure velvet in a cup. Definitely a to-do in Bend.

My husband got me a bar of the Trinidad chocolate for Christmas. It's by far one of the best dark chocolate flavors I've ever had. Well done.thank you.
