This is a membership/retail RV resort, not a hotel. The staff is super helpful and the place is kept clean and pretty quiet. I just personally hate the need to constantly stay 120 days booked in advance in order to be able to find space and the real kicker.having to move out of your home park (stinks 4 full time RVers) every 21 days or 14 in the summer for at least 7 days. (Would've been a deal breaker for me but I was overruled on this particular financial group decision)

As far as thousand trails parks go this is one of the better ones! The pool and bathrooms were very nice, clean and looked recently updated. The sites were nothing special, location was excellent, Seaside is a fun spot to explore the Oregon coast! T-Mobile service was excellent, Verizon was also good. Would definitely stay here again!

This park has gone Down Hill dramatically We Joined here 1993 our Beautiful 5-star resort has turned into a dumpy trailer park, with out buildings held down with ratchet straps planters with dead foilage
The guards at the gate are rude and condescending and the rules are getting way out of hand $30 fee if you arrive 9min early (before noon) really by the time we drove around the block we were the 5th RV in line if you would have just checked people in as they arrived there would not have been a line

We stayed here for about a week and it was a very quiet, clean, and easily accessible to town park. The check in was a breeze and the staff was super helpful. I’d definitely stay here again, it’s a short drive to the beach and local attractions.

Park is actually on 2 sides of street. Looks like they bought out a smaller park and combined them. South side is only 30 amp and grass and gravel parking lot. No privacy and very close together. South laundry building is decayed and falling apart. Vinyl flooring peeling up. Newer bathroom building next to it has peeling paint. Check in is on south side and staff discouraged us from the north side saying it was full of wild kids because of pool being on that side. But north side is nice. There are huge trees everywhere and a lake. Plus pool and tennis slash pickle ball, playground and badminton. Plus a really nice clubhouse with tv, library, kids activity room, and free coffee. Plus north side is all 50 amp. But very expensive for what you get. Also, stuff is supposed to be on summer hours and open till 9 or 10 but they locked everything up at 6pm.

Nice park with the exclusion of the dog park in the North park. The dog run is covered in bird poop and allows dogs to enter a swamp area that leaves the dogs dangerously exposed to fecal coliform. I would STRONGLY advise people to avoid this part of the park unless you have the ability to wash your dogs as this will leave your pets muddy and smelly. Minimize your exposure to your pets until you can clean them as the contaminants can transfer to you

We stayed in one of the cabins for 2 nights and enjoyed the pool and the clase location to seaside.would definitely go back and recommend to family's with kids much more cozy then a hotel room for just a little more cost.excellent playground and activity out for anyone to use.

Spent the week here. Tent camping. Spots are first come first serve. Spots from 8 to 12 have the best overall sunshine, the rest are a good mix of sun and shade. Most spots are good for 2 tents. We had spot #5, two tents, one was a 14x10 and the other tent was a 10x9.

Their tent spots are all walk in, however, you are allowed to drive your car up to your chosen spot to load and or unload. The swamp/marsh area are on both sides, however, during our visit, July 30th to August 3rd, mosquitos were non existent.

Just like with every camp ground I've ever been to, raccoons are a thing. There were about 6 total in the area, but none of them seemed to be a nuisance.

Has a nicely maintained indoor pool, hot tub, sauna and bathrooms with showers. Pool sadly only open until 9pm though.

Will return, this place was great!

The pool and solarium have been refurbished and are a nice warm place to hang out on a cold day. As of 2023 looks like some improvements and upgrades to amenities, bathrooms, signage, and gardening.

I really enjoyed the resort and had a great stay I would give 5 stars but I didn't like that they are first come first serve sites. For some that isn't a big deal but I do like knowing where I'm staying exactly especially when traveling in groups but it was a very nice place to stay.

Thousand Trails Seaside RV Resort is very nice. The playground, pool, hot tub, and sauna are great. Kid and animal friendly. Got to see elk in the park and they had an Easter egg hunt for the kids. Will go back again soon!

Check-in was easy and Joe was very friendly and informative. Nice and resort with all amenities as described by Thousand Trails membership. The only thing they didn't have was miniature golf.
