Sekse Fit - Dance & Pole Fitness, Bend OR

Sekse is my absolute favorite place in Bend, and I'm so glad I took the chance and started coming here a few months ago. I've always wanted to be more flexible and to be able to do cool things with my body, so pole always appealed to me, but I was so nervous to try on my own! I don't consider myself a sexy or even coordinated person, so I wasn't sure how it would work out for me. I now go to Sekse multiple times a week, sometimes multiple classes in a day, and I try and get all of my friends to join me. I am more confident as a person and I find myself dancing around my house, and just having more fun overall. I have so much fun learning new things and feeling proud of myself all the time. Everyone who works and who comes here is so wonderful and accepting, if you're at all considering it, give it a try!

The energy that this place puts off is love and electricity! Everyone is so nice and the classes are such a good workout with great music. You won't be disappointed!

I’ve been dancing at Seksé for over a year now and have fallen in love with the inclusive community and empowering culture. Most recently, Bee hosted us for a private pole birthday party and it was next level fun- 10/10 would recommend!

Sekse Fit has changed my life, it's that simple and true! I've danced, done zumba, etc for years but the Bliss classes there are the most amazing classes I've ever gone to. The instructors, starting with Janna are all fabulous, the music and moves are killer. Plus there's such a great feeling of sisterhood with the friends I've made and dance with there. I walk out of Sekse feeling (and looking, IMHO:) like a million bucks! Friends also rave about their chair and pole classes, next on my list!

We went here for a bachelorette party and had a ton of fun! They taught us some simple moves and then a routine to put them all together. They were great about also giving us time to mess around by ourselves and take videos and photos of us. 10/10 recommend going here for a fun bachelorette activity

Sekse Fit is so much more than a dance/fitness studio. It is a community of supportive, kind, and STRONG individuals. I am motivated, inspired, and filled with joy by this place and the people who teach and take classes there. Go to Sekse!

I had a private party 80's dance party for my friend's 50th birthday and it was a blast! Inky and Bee were awesome to work with and they were open to my music selections. They are true professionals and totally tubular to work with. I recommend Sekse Fit if you want to have a great time while breaking a sweat.

Sekse is my happy place! I chose to have my 45th birthday celebration dancing with Bee at Sekse and it was the best party I have ever thrown myself. With easy access to local restaurants it is so convenient to have your dance party at Sekse. It is not just pole dancing at Sekse! Our group had a wide variety of dance skill levels and comfortability and everyone had a great time! Sekse is where I go to work out and get my happy chemicals flowing in my brain every week. I highly recommend Sekse for all of your dance workout and party needs!

I wish I could give Seksé Fit more than 5 stars! I've wanted to try pole dancing for a long time. I was so nervous at my first class, but Dustin was so warm and welcoming so I kept coming back. It's such an inviting space and all of the instructors are knowledgeable, inviting, and are so helpful. There are people of every fitness level, dance style, gender, age, and race and everyone is encouraged to be exactly who they are. It's the most diverse and inclusive community I've ever been a part of! I cannot recommend this space enough. I've never felt more confident and I'm getting stronger physically and mentally every class. Thank you Seksè!

This studio has been a game-changer for me. I went to my first class back in November and immediately signed up for their 12-dance class/month pass. Fun, empowering, supportive, and SEXY, this studio and its amazing instructors have truly created a joyful and inclusive community. It has become an essential part of my weekly routine.

Wow! How awesome is it to have my own safe space to let lose and have fun! I haven't had an instructor that I don't love. I'm so happy I started going here. My first class was on Thanksgiving Day to burn off some turkey and I've been hooked ever since! For the dollar amount we sponsored we had the honor of donating to an amazing charity but the performance they put on, let me just say “WOW! ” The audience was out of their seat!

Everyone on their team is incredibly kind, fun, and above all TALENTED. They are doing something super special in this town and having had the opportunity to align with them for what can only be described as a total red carpet class act brought so much value to my business and also JOY!

This place is changing my life. I could almost cry at how grateful I am to have found this spot in Bend. This is hands down the most inspiring, fun, freeing, joyful way to work out! I've always had an aversion to gyms in general, but I know my body needs more movement and after my first class here I knew this would be a part of my life forever and was exactly what I was looking for. This isn't just dance or pole (AND IT IS THOSE THINGS, like incredibly! Great teachers, fundamentals, skills technique, body form and knowledge) and it's also a community. A place where people are so welcome to show up exactly as they are, exactly where they're at. There's no heirarchy BS, no "right or wrong", no "have to be anything but YOU. " This is a safe place to be free, to feel yourself in its fullest expression, to play, and to be honest. This is tribe, family, and a space of such pure unconditional love. This place IS SELF LOVE.
