Draven is amazing! I went in a couple of weeks ago pretty much at my wits end with my skin. I was having reactions to almost all of the products I was normally using and decided to build my routine all over again. Draven was so much fun to shop with! He took the time to listen to what I wanted and what I was currently using and went to work setting me up with new skincare and makeup routines! My skin has never looked better thanks to Draven's magic! My partner of 14 years asked me what I was doing different because my face is glowing! I loved my experience with Draven so much I booked another appointment with him next week to add some new things to my routine. Thank you, Draven, for the perfect shopping experience!

There aren't enough registers to check out. Good selection of products. It's easy to find what you're looking for and there's plenty of samples to see the colors available. If there were more registers I would give a higher rating

There are plenty of workers in the store to help find an item if you can't quite remember where something is. Really good selection of makeup, skin care, hair products, and perfumes.

First time visiting since the pandemic! I don’t normally shop here, but after returning some items at Nike, I figured that I’d stop in. Bought myself a body spray and the cashier was super friendly.

I’ve been here many times in the last 5-6 years.the people working there have always been nice, and have always been helpful.today i was feeling kinda defeated about a skin issue, but someone working there pointed me in the right direction, and now i’m excited to do more for my skin!:) i don’t know their name but they had pink (or red?) hair, and patchwork tattoos.thank you!

I was shopping like normal and I had basket and they were following I and my friend and i was planning to buy everything and i was grabbing my meds from my bag and the employee come over grabbed my bag and accused me stealing and told me to leave.

I love thé products that the store holds and most of the time i like the employees.but at this location that is not the case.today me and my friend went here and we were both wearing bags, we were obviously looked at and watched more because we are young and we have bags.my friend reached into her pocket to get a lipgloss (that she owns and purchased) and when she put it back in her pocket an employee came over and took our cart and made us leave because he thought we were stealing.we didn’t have time to tell him that we weren’t or anything, he just made us leave.i gués i can understand why he thought we were stealing but he didn’t ask us if we were or even check the product (they don’t sell it there) i think it’s kind of dumb that they would assume that.i don’t recommend this location at all.

Exceptional customer service from Jamie and Alex, who both spent a good amount of time helping me with Sephora credit card service issues not giving up, brainstorming and calling different departments in order to assist. There’s only a few places left in the city that still provide great customer service, this Sephora location is absolutely one of them.

Register lady left her spot while whole line was waiting on her. Very unprofessional. Having whole bunch of assistance who's job is to help customers so no need to leave people who is ready to pay. Will not come back. This is very ignorant.

Marcia was Super knowledgeable, helpful & kind. Made my shopping experience easy as possible. Purchased more items then I came in for.
