I have been a customer at Serenity Nail Spa for well over 12 years. Every visit, every service is outstanding!

Tammy has always done an awesome job with my nails even when I bring her a challenge. I love these and get so many compliments on them! I just got these but I already can't wait for my next set even though I love my current ones.

I have been going to Serenity Nails for years.

They go out of their way, to be sure your are HAPPY with their services, and the price is right and constant, unlike other
Nail salons, who guess at the price to be charged, depending on how you look!

The owner is putting unlicensed techs on the weekend when the state doesn't do inspections. The woman was not fully trained or ready to do acrylic nails on clients for money.
No where does she have any licenses displayed, like required by the state, so you know you're getting a licensed tech.
Twice the owner had to come over and help, plus the woman kept getting verbal help from others.
Both thumbs are crooked.
They don't list that they charge $15 for shellac polish, when other salons either don't charge, or only charge $5. The reason being is Shellac is faster for them as well.
I will not be back and based on how the owner handled things, I doubt she's surprised.

Ann is simply amazing. I've never been so happy getting my nails done because the entire team has been so warm & friendly. They have discounts for cash payments which is an added bonus. A clean & hygienic salon is very hard to find these days & Serenity fits the bill.

Terrible manicure! The person who did the manicure barely let my fingers soak, removed very little of my excess cuticle, did not cover the entire nail with polish, did not utilize the UV light as long as is typical and did not use enough coats of nail polish…I can see my nails through the polish. Looking for a new place.

I finally came back for a ombré full set, honestly I dislike how my nails came out, I kept telling “Rainbow” to fix her mistakes I see but she kept rushing to fix it as if she was getting off work, she does not know how to do nails, absolutely the worst nail salon ever! Like WHAT IS THIS KIND OF WORK

Update from 1 to 5 star:
I contacted the manger, Anna, she was the nicest person and she sincerely apologized. She gave me lots of good advice to expedite healing. Also she offered me a gift card to go back and gain trust in their work which was really nice. She handled the situation very well.

Yesterday Jan 16th 2022, my nail service person aggressively scribed my soles skin to the raw flesh. My feet were in hot water, so I didn’t notice how much damage was made until I left, I could not put my feet down, it was all bloody. I think her name was Noon, she seemed nice though. She also cut my finger with her tool, she apologized right away. Maybe she was in hurry to wrap up my work.

Very good service. We had a birthday Sparty with 11 girls, and they all got great service! Thanks you we had fun

I love coming here. This is my place to go for pedi and mani. The service is great. Friendly and always happy to help. I suggest to make appointments they always busy.

My favourite manicure is Solar French Ombre and Ann is the BEST and the only true nail artist I would go to in the State of Oregon. Also the pedicures are an awesome and relaxing experience. I absolutely LOVE the entire salon atmosphere, the classic music playing, the delicate sound of the water fountain, the pillows, the warm and very respectful welcome I receive from every nail specialist, cleanliness and care for personal safety, I absolutely recommend.

My nails turned out amazing, I'm absolutely obsessed! Everyone there is so nice and welcoming, I can't wait to go back for my fill

Second time I've visited. First time was great. This last time will be my last. For a $45 deluxe pedicure I'd expect so much more. The women barely massaged my feet and legs and she rushed through painting my nails I had to yell her to fix one foot because it looked horrible. For that price I'll go elsewhere

This is the best nail salon I have ever been to. We recently moved out of state and when we come to town I stop in and get a pedi. Professional, extremely clean and they are detail oriented! Perfect nails everytime!

Huang has been doing my pedis and manis for a couple years. She’s consistently perfect. Others are good too. Never had a complaint at this place. Clean. Safe. Smooth experience.

I asked the owner if I could place a small box for the pediatric eye doctor next door inside for the doctor to pick up. They were closed for lunch and I live quite far away. I was concerned someone might walk off with it.

I was surprised that the owner was unprofessional and rude. She told her staff to say that she "wasn't interested in helping. "
I feel for anyone who has to work for someone who cannot take a minute to help. Think twice before supporting a place like this.

These are the days where more than ever it is important to help one another.

I'm very happy with the way my nails turned out. Very friendly staff/ownership and a beautiful location. The salon is taking all the appropriate health and safety precautions for Covid-19 so I felt safe and was able to relax during my pedicure. Highly recommend! +

My feet & hands look great. They are following all state rules to keep their clients & themselves safe.
