Second call to the folks at Service Plus. This time for a drain leak and clog. Fantastic service and quick response. Highly recommended!

From start to finish I cannot say enough good things about Service Plus Plumbing. My crawl space had filled up with water from a pipe leaking, according to the city inspector who came calling and noticed the water meter "spinning" from an extremely high consumption level over my usual water use. He surmised it was a leak and I should get a plumber immediately. Received a recommendation from a neighbor and after calling one plumbing company who could not come out for a week, said that they do not do searches for the problem (What? Should I, a 76 year-young senior and non-plumber crawl under there and figure out the problem myself?) and that they charge $75 just to come out and take a look (What? After I figure out which pipe was leaking underground?) Desperate, I called Service Plus Plumbing next and Yvette heard the panic in my voice and got Charles to come out the very next day! From there on it was smooth sailing because Charles immediately called a water remediation company they work with, who came and pumped all the water out over the next week, creating a dry space for Charles to deduce which underground pipe was leaking. He promptly hooked up an ingenious stop-gap solution that could provide water to entire house after it had been turned off while crawl space dried out. Then Landon, the owner of this GREAT company drilled a big hole underground down and then horizontally, replacing the old leaky cast iron pipe with a larger flexible pipe. He worked dawn-to-dusk getting everything fixed in best manner possible, passed city inspection easily the next day and lifted the water meter to street level, framed with new gravel filling the hole, quite an artistic job, I must say. All workers were respectful, friendly, confident in their abilities and were each a JOY to be around. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who asks me for a plumbing referral. Landon knows how to run a business the old-fashioned way: with hard work and always putting customers top priority. Honestly thought that this level of service was no longer to be found? That’s why it’s called Service PLUS Plumbing. THANK YOU is all that I can say over and over again. I now sleep soundly knowing my home's water issues have been resolved the "right way" and to last for a long time! No more worry and no more headaches. "Top of the Line! ”

Aleks showed on time, he was very professional and explained everything in great detail. I will use them again for plumbing issues in the future.

I’ve only used them twice…so far. Firstly, for a tankless water heater install; secondly, to replace my garbage disposal. During the latter visit I asked if (Alex) could look at a concern I have about a small water leak my electrician spotted under the house, directly under the bathtub. He obliged and told me PEX piping was probably used because it’s flexible which would cause the shower head and bath faucet to move. He provided suggestions on what to address until I replace the pipe this Winter.

I’ll be reaching out to Service Plus to replace the pipe.

All the employees that I’ve dealt with, in-person and by phone, have been very friendly and very informative.

Service Plus did a repipe of our home, a six day process. Chris, Lane, and Landon were courteous, explaining every step. They even threw in a couple of extra tasks while they were here. I would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing assistance.

I had a major leak somewhere I couldn’t figure out that was costing me a lot. Landon returned my call promptly, made the time in his schedule to come out earlier than originally expected, quickly identified the problem, and talked to me about my options.

Very happy with the work done today in our bathroom. Charles was able to replace our bathroom sink handle controls (I had an extra set on hand). And he fixed our shower cold / hot regulator, which had been installed backwards by another company. Would definitely call Service Plus Plumbing again. On time, good communication. Told me what the cost would be before hand and that was the amount I was charged when he was done.

I was a little surprised at how expensive my repairs were, but was pleased with what was done and the service supplied. Alex was very knowledgeable

Great experience and quality of work, plumber was punctual, experienced and very professional, I appreciated all the hard work and communication throughout the job replacing the outdoor faucets and related piping around the house and I am very happy with the final product, I will definitely be a returning customer, thank you!

Chris came same day as they had a cancellation, he was on time, had the part on his truck and my shower is now working in under an hour.
