Giving this company -0- as we provided a service and after 6 months they still have not paid their bill. I bet they expect payment for their services upon completion! They won't even return a phone call, email, NOTHING! Go somewhere else!

I'd give a zero rating if possible. I will not use this business again. The work was fine, but they took seven months to submit an invoice, delaying insurance compensation and deranging my finances.

They came out and charged us $250 for an assessment, Dennis told us he’d call us back about 5 times without actually calling us back or following up with us about our situation. Felt like we were hounding him to help us. Not the feeling you want when you’re trying to fix something. Either help us or tell us someone who can.

If you suffer a disaster at your home and your insurance company says you need to use ServPro of Gresham, do yourself a favor and burn your place down, then use that insurance to buy something new. It will be less hassle, less stress, and you'll have results much sooner than later. And you won't get the run around from this garbage company.

Billy Hurt from ServPro is the worst. Last year, September, a fire broke out in our apartment. He drug his feet for months before the company started anything. No reason, just lots of "I'll be there". Are you invisible, Billy? Because you never showed when you said you would. It took calls and emails to CORPORATE to get his lazy butt to even show up. He eventually (December, we're talking work finally starting in December) had 1 woman come in to scrub the ash off the all walls and counters while he stood outside on his phone or took off and came back hours later. This happened for a few days- but over the course of a few weeks.

My neighbor watched Billy more than once just walk into the space and out again in 5 minutes. What can you do in 5 minutes, Billy? Do you think because 5 minutes works for your wife, it'll work for the clients who were forced to use your utterly horrible services. I bet you probably billed for your time, didn't you? That's fraud, Billy. Billing for a service you did NOT provide.

We had to move back in in December because what else could we do? We needed our home. We stayed mostly in the basement so as not to interfere with any potential work that would happen. We had even let him know when the place would be empty, but he never showed.

We were assured by corporate that the repairs would be completed because, sadly, we had to continually contact them for the carpet, electrical, blinds to be replaced. It was quoted as an 8 WEEK job from start to finish. It's now August and we are STILL waiting for the final repairs to be completed. There hasn't been one communication, one text, one call, one attempt to finish the job. Not one. It's almost 1yr and I am just going to find someone else to finish the job because I have no desire to deal with this person again (not that he'd even return our call in my lifetime).

Just say no to ServPro. Avoid this place like the plague.

The team that helped me was terrific - Juan and Mario were very professional and friendly. They explained everything they were doing and why it needed to be done, and their work was excellent. I scheduled with Carrie and she was so nice - she gave me information on what might or might not be covered on insurance, and she spent a lengthy amount of her time talking to me to make sure I understood what needed to be done. This branch of Servpro was really terrific - highly recommend!

I'm a business owner of a thriving business where a water pipe broke and Servpro of Gresham pulled some amazing hard work to get us back up in operation. I am forever incredibly grateful of ServPro of Gresham, the owner's family, and staff. Water ran for 26 hours direct into our offices at 900 gallons per hour. This could have easily crippled us for the long haul or put us out business. Servpro triaged the situation, started immediate clean up and repairs. We were fully operation within 3 weeks with all repairs done. They seem to have very good connections with suppliers to get the work done right and quickly. I have the utmost respect for their family who were hands on to help. Their staff are incredibly hard working employees. I can tell they really enjoy working for the owners. Again, thank you for saving what we all have worked so hard for.

We had our car stolen which was later recovered by the police. We didn’t want to take any chances so we called Servpro of Gresham to come clean and sanitize our car. After a few other companies telling us they did not do this type of work, we were happy to Servpro of Gresham eager to help. Their customer service was top notch and the pricing was fair! Please consider them when looking for services they perform.

Thank goodness for SERVPRO of Gresham! My office building had a pipe burst over a holiday weekend - water gushed into the office building at a rate of 900 gallons an hour for 24 hours.

Servpro has taken care of all of our restoration needs! They removed water at 11pm Christmas Eve night, made sure our office building was completely dry and mold free, pulled carpet, helped pack our very large office and stored all of our furniture, and made sure everything is back in their original places. Thanks to ServPro our office looks even better than it did before the pipe burst happen.

I cannot say enough good things about Servpro of Gresham. Like a lot of businesses my employer suffered a sudden and dramatic weather related accident that flooded our office. Right before our busiest time of year. They were quick responsive and have worked really hard to get us back up and running as soon as possible. In an era where we wait longer and longer for less and less it is encouraging to see that there are some businesses that still put the customer first and provide excellent service.
