I had the pleasure of working with Mason from the ServPro of NW Portland. Mason is a fantastic Project Manager who is a stellar communicator. He gets the job done and he does everything in a timely fashion. He always follows up and is extremely professional. During a very stressful time dealing with severe water damage and being displaced, Mason made the process manageable. He is a great leader to his team and always treats people with kindness. Thank you Mason!

I cannot say enough good things about these guys, great work, honest and compassionate. Our house caught on fire and Servpro came to the rescue. Mostly worked closely with Mason Minton and Adam Green. Thank you guys!

Patrick and his team are just fantastic. They were professional and responsive. They left the place so tidy and even cleaned after the plumbers were finished with some repairs. I recommend this team highly.

We had a leak in our ceiling that required the plumber to cut open the drywall to repair. Our realtor recommended we call Servpro to get it dried out and inspected. Right away my service request was set to Patrick E.who was awesome! He got all our information, did a thorough inspection, and completed the job much faster than we anticipated. He kept us informed about the status of our ceiling (since the house wasn't occupied) and always responded to any communication quickly. I would absolutely recommend Servpro to anyone in need of damage control. And if you get Patrick as your project manager you'll be well taken care of!

Thank you Patrick for being there for us from the start and every step of the way. The prospect of cleaning up a water damage project is complicated and stressfull, we were grateful for Patrick's expertise and attention to our needs throughout.

I actually was able to use Servepro's Pack team for moving apartments. Our building experienced a flooding incident - and the Pack team assisted me in moving my belongings to another apartment BUILDING - as the damage was extensive. The apartment part was a bit of a nightmare - at least 30 units were affected by the incident and we had to move out ASAP.
Well, one thing went absolutely right and according to plan - the MOVE! I have to commend Mason who coordinated my move more smoothly and professionally than any other moving company I've SEEN OR USED - and I have moved A LOT! (because of work). Even though he had to coordinate the same thing for MULTIPLE TENANTS - He stayed in constant contact w/ me or replied ASAP. The guys arrived right on the dot - no joke! - and he also listened to my worries of fragile/valuable computers and music equip. His pack team of Austin and Sam took great care and time - to wrap and secure those items! Combined with an efficient, no-nonsense approach to all my items - the whole move went perfect! They will also be back by to pick up the used boxes! It's the first I've never had to wince or pray as I watched or helped movers. LOL! True. Shout out to Austin and Sam for an excellent job - and good guys to boot! Look, I hope you don't have to go through what we all did to use Mason and his guys. But I HIGHLY recommend THAT YOU DO! In this day and age - great customer service and a job well done NEEDS to be recognized. Me, my computers, and sweet Schecter bass and guitars thank you BIG TIME!

We worked closely with water damage cleanup to our home. Mason Bansch and his team were responsible for talking care of our furnishings, moving them into storage and cleaning the items (couch and area rugs) that were soiled. We were very pleased with the extra efforts that Mason provided to ensure that we were completely satisfied that the furnishings were returned to us in pristine condition. We would highly recommend Mason and his team for this important work when a crisis occurs.

It’s never easy to help people in certain situations. Personally, my building experienced water damage and forced many of us to relocate. The Servpro of Northwest Portland delivered a unique and quick solution. Mason and the contents teams took care of storage and moving during my temporary displacement. They went out of their way to essentially redecorate arrange what was left in my room while also neatly stacking and protecting any of my personal belongings from damages. Overall, greatly appreciative of Servpro’s customer relation skills and knowledge!

Bronson and the team were always helpful and professional in getting our home cleaned up after a water leak. They were on the job every day until the clean-up was complete and kept us informed every step of the way. Appreciated the peace of mind that they brought.
