Shag Salon is top notch. As a sharpener of 25+ years of salon equipment, all stylists are professionals with regular cleanliness and maintenance of tools. A sharp scissor provides a clean accurate cut.

Terrible experience with Katie. Sent her a photo in advance of my appt. She didn't look at it. Took 2 inches off instead of 1. Lank, bland styling. Finished with a 'beach wave' which I had already said no to. Didn't show me the back at the end as most stylists do. Just a bad experience all round. Save your $100 and go elsewhere even if you have to wait for a while to get in. Ugh.
