Shari'shas rally good pies? I really enjoy eating the pies? They have.so many its hard to choose from.

I went to sharies this this afternoon and spent close to $40 and ended up leaving without my meal. I called the about it this evening and was met with a shocking attitude on the other line, stating NOPE EVERYTHING IS GONE N theres nothingtobe done to fix!? ! When i inquired about her name she replied. WE'RE CLOSED BYE! Then hung up on me! I'm still totally shocked!

I don't usually wrire reviews but I have to complment our waitress, her name is Tia. Even though the place was busy she gave excellent service, very personable and made our experience worth writing about.we will be coming back.

This sharis has excellent service and food.takes a little while to get served but it's well worth it.

I'm a portland native and Shari's has been a staple diner since I was a child. This visit was very frustrating and disappointing. We waited an hour for our food. When it came out the waitress said she would bring syrup for our pancakes and french toast. Waited 10 more minutes and had to flag down a different server for syrup. By that time the breakfasts were cold and soggy. Waited another 10 minutes for the check before finally just going up to the register to pay. The cashier rolled her eyes when we said we just wanted to pay and leave and asked what table we were at. $27 for soggy french toast and pancakes, terrible customer service, and an hour and a halfwe'll never get back. Shoulda just gone to mcdonald's down the street.

Very bad service took forever to get our food and when they brought it out wasn't even what I ordered. Got coffee and never came back to refuel it or even to ask how was everything. I sure am never coming back to this trash hole.

Jenn was our server and I have to compliment her on her professional service. I came in late with my wife and was watching her hustling about 10 tables by herself for about 20 min until help showed up. All the while she was hustling she kept attentive to everything and everyone in the restaurant. This was an exceptional experience that I wanted to share.

I'm giving this a fairly neutral rating because even though I think the server forgot about me several times during my meal, the people were nice. The food was nice.

We just went in for breakfast, we were seated right away. The server asked for our drink orders and then left our table. We sat at our table for 15 minutes and no one brought drinks or stopped to take our order. They didn't come to say they be right over. They greeted every table around us. We left after we were passed by several wait staff and no one helped us.

I never roll into an establishment after midnight with very high expectations, but whenever Russel is working, the entire table gets an experience not soon forgotten.
He doesn’t just make you feel special. He reminds you how special you are.

The service is not always good, but it's alright. The food is not bad, but was burned a lot of times, had to ask to give me a new meal

Shari's on 181st and Halsey and on 122nd and San Rafael on Airportway all are Excellent. Awesome Waitor and Waitress to Managment!

Came in for pie. Was served a dirty plate. When I sent it back was rewarded with a piece of pie that was mangled and without its bottom crust.

Quick greet, quick seat, quick ignore! Waiting for next shift to clock in and learn her area. REDIC!

This place is literally my favorite I love all of their food and staff! Will continue to eat here for the rest of eternity

We are regulars and went this afternoon. We sat down and were ignored for over 10 minutes. Not even served some water! We just got up and left. We were so disappointed. The evening servers are more attentive than the afternoon.

Short staffed and still maintained excellent customer service and pleasant conversation. Food was also excellent and plenty of parking

My spinach omelette was delicious as was the stuffed hash browns. The right amount of food, I could almost finish my plate, but not quite.
