Shari's Cafe and Pies, Medford OR

Terrible walked in and forget mask so went and got it. Ask for a table and she said oh I have to clean one off. I counted 3 tables that was free and clean. Waited 15 minutes and she did not once go whipe table down so I walked out. Terrible service.

Yet another place that says they deliver but really don't. Businesses need to stop advertising delivery if they do not do so

Super busy so you have to be patient, but that's not their fault. This is great sandwich was delicious

I like that Shari's now offers 'impossible' choices for health-minded individuals. I ordered an 'impossible' sausage with hash browns, toast and coffee-and it was DELICIOUS! It just became my favorite breakfast place! Thanks, Shari's, for showing that eating healthy can also be delicious!

This location is neat and tidy and the waitresses and waiters are very respectful and good at their job.

Terrible experience. Understaffed with only one server (who wasn't the issue) and waited way too long for not so-good tasting food.

Ok, I didn't get a pic. But, if you haven't tried their pie shakes, run, don't walk to the nearest location. The food and shakes were great and the young man who waited on us was very friendly and attentive. Will definitely visit again.

The staff is incredibly rude. No one came to help me or my family, they just stared and walked away.

Every time i go to Oregon, this is the place:) my kids and I spend a really good time there eating delicious food and the stuff is very kind. It feels like home ;) 100% recommended

My Waitresses performance was out of this world. She was friendly. Know just what you need she was just all around a plasent. And was very professional. Made our experience wonderful and a for sure a come back for prime Rib.

Sat waiting for 5 minutes for gravy to be made for turkey dinner, so cold food by the time they brought gravy, requested no bell peppers on Philly sandwich, but cook didn't read the ticket.we will not be back.cash only as computers down.manager had to go ask for the code to the woman's bathroom.not a good experience overall. The waitress was good and so was rhubarb pie.

Totally unexpected service. The service is very professional and assertive. I highly recommend the service itself. The gentleman that served me deserves an instant acknowledgment of gratitude from management.

Waited about an hour for our food only to get dry over cooked tbone steak when I specifically requested medium steak. My wife's plate had missing sides. When she finally received her sides they were cold and very over salted making them inedible. Waitress had an attitude the whole time and never brought us refills of water which would've helped with the overly salted food. All in all a horrible experience

OK, but Shari's in Corvallis a couple stars better. Grill @ Medford needs a good grill cleaning as grilled chz.bread had rancid taste, a sign that grill hasn't been thoroughly cleaned. One in our party asked for banana creme pie, all out (Monday) Thankfully, got a slice of second choice. Waitress was busy, but attentive, hostess was going around handing out dessert menus. She said pies were getting thawed/baked, etc.
Woman's bathroom toilet was leaking on floor; plumber needed!

The pies were delicious. The soup wasn't amazing, but wasn't awful. The steak was meh but the chicken was delicious. Staff were very friendly. Will definitely try it again.

Did not have items offered on the menu, eventually settled on the salmon, it had very little flavor but the server was nice.

Clean cozy and I had a great dinner with my friend I hadn't seen in years the wait staff absolutely Pleasant and made sure we had everything we needed

Absolutely horrible service, I sat at the door for over 5 mins without being acknowledged. Then it took another 15 mins for the server to acknowledge us. 1 hour later we finally got our food but now how we ordered it. I can not believe the service.they are concerning on the to go order more then the customer in the restaurant. Worst service ever!
