Very nice staff and they were very understanding of us having a 2 and 5 year old that has boundless energy. God I miss having that kind of energy.

My fiancé and I went in late last night for some grub. Our waiter Jason was awesome! He made our experience fantastic! He was so friendly, stayed on top of our drinks and made sure our food was out fast! We had a wonderful time last night and wanted to say thank you again to Jason for being a rockstar!

All of the pancakes in our delivery order were so burnt that they were inedible. The rest of the food was worth eating, though it’s not worth what I paid.

My friend and I wanted breakfast at dinner time. Ordered some cranberry juice and a veggie omelette. Plenty of parking. Service was great!

It used to be better. What's missing is staff who take pride in their work. Now days it is more of an 'only option' type Choice, rather than a something you are looking forward to.

I came here as a delivery driver for DoorDash. The manager, a woman in her 50s or 60s with gray hair (I didn't get her name) told me it would be about 20 minutes. Not great but I don't wanna mess with my completion rate, so I waited. After 22 minutes, I asked the manager if that order is coming out soon. She then berated me, loudly and rudely saying, "Can you wait a minute? ! " and saying that I should give the order to another driver if I didn't like the wait, and that I should get a thumbs down. I didn't appreciate the lecture about my job when I was just asking for an update. I have to wonder if she's this rude and unprofessional with all of her customers or just the delivery partners.

They changed the menu and packaging so much I didn't recognize my order. Super patient servers explained the changes and didn't get grumpy when I had questions. Good food today too

Came in with a big group near closing time on a week night with no notice. They reshuffled a few tables and sat us all. It was really nice of them.

Breakfast is always good a Shari's.
The sausage links are the best and the stuffed hashbrowns are worth the drive from anywhere.

Try to stop in every so often to the two Oregon City locations. Constantly disappointed. My wife and I both ordered omelettes with fruit, mine with dry wheat toast, hers with sourdough. No mixed fruit for either of us, she got her toast. I got burnt over buttered sourdough. Her order of ham and cheese omelette came with the unexpected ingredients of peppers onions mushroom and tomato. No rhyme or reason to what you might get.

Great food, STAND UP SERVICE. Our server Robbert was such a sweet heart and was very fast and efficient with ordering and was extremely flexible with our party.

Staff needs education on washing hands. Will be reporting to health dept. The manager reached out to me and they are implementing reminders to the staff. This will also be shared among the district region the manager works in the area. My only regret is that I didn’t ask to speak to the manager in house. Although, this is a good way to make change for safety.

The food was spot on! The place is clean and the staff.among the best I have ever encountered. Seriously they made my dinner time into a warm and friendly experience. And who doesn't like pie. Its not just me who seems impressed, there was a steady flow of regulars while I was there.

We were seated by the manager. He took our drink order, brought us our drinks. Then we sat for over 15 mins waiting for someone to take our order. If there had not been another table that the waitress had waited on earlier and happened to see us, we probably would have left money for the coffee and left. We were told by the waitress that the manager did not tell her we were waiting to order even though when he was behind the counter he looked at us a couple of times. We are long time Shari's customers mainly in Bend. Very poor manager and customer service. The waitress was great.

This place is pretty consistent as far as food quality and service go. It's clean, the servers are always rad and the pies are always delish.

We waited for over 10 minutes at the table for a server to take our order. We finally got up and left. They were not busy.

They were understaffed and still amazing. Very nice staff and always attentive and made sure I had coffee at all times and asked if I needed anything. I swear the same waitress I love the country fried steak breakfast and stuffed hashbrowns.

The food was very good and reasonably priced. Their? Was very good as always.
The fellow helping us was attentive and had a sense of humor. Had a nice meal.

Great revamped menu's Amazing staff. The service was above and beyond. Was there at 10 am. Whatever staff was there at this time.thank you for being amazing.
