Shari's Cafe and Pies, Beaverton OR

Ordered a banana cream pie to serve after Thanksgiving dinner. They didn't have any ready so I waited for them to prepare one for me. I appreciate that they would do that. They had very few pies. They have been busy.

I've called this place 6 times and no answer I get that maybe your busy but answer the phone it's not rocket science.

I have to admit this Sheri's experience was lacking greatly.
The delivery was great but the restaurant didn't do their part.
You send out two meals.
Two orders of pancakes no syrup or butter and also I distinkly ordered silverware and there was none.
This was bad all the way around

I ate here last week during lunch and had the best burger ever! I loved it so much that I ordered it for dinner tonight and I was so disappointed. The burger was overcooked and hard around the edges and the fries were nearly raw! Beware of the dinner shift food, there is a huge difference in quality.

Waited 10 minutes for a seat or even be greeted by an employee. Another family comes in around the time I was about to leave and gets shown to some seats before me and employees basically didn't ask afterwards.

Wasn't even crowded. I just left. I'm completely fine with not coming back.

Thus Shari's is such a great one. The waitress was very friendly, and very experienced. The food was great and they were very friendly! Been here several times, and will return.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. The serving staff was nice but they ignored us most of the time. Our food took over an hour to get to us. They let people cut me in line and they had terrible management skills when it came to first come first serve. I'm sorry normally they are better but Jesus Christ that was horrible.

Excellent service. Went during a Sunday morning rush for breakfast, but the waitress was communicative about the status of our order and checked in regularly. The staff works very hard to keep up with orders, and they are doing a great job. Definitely my favorite Sharis location.

There was a leak behind the counter that showed no concern right by where they get the food from the kitchen sounds like it's been going awhile they just ignored it really bad spot felt uncomfortable to be so close to food

We had never been to Shari's. The other night, we all had a late night sweet tooth.so we decided to try Shari's. We were greeted with all smiles and they sat all 8 of us. We had pie, pie shakes and fries, totally healthy ;) It was my friend's daughter's birthday. The staff treated all of us with the most respect and were really sweet to the kids. Will go back again.

The service was poor! Never came to back to see how the food was! Took upon her self to give my friend the senior plate! The creamer for coffee was sour! The server didn’t seem to care! The service has really gone downhill! Won’t be going back

Very busy on a Saturday at brunch. Food was good, had the chicken caesar salad and prime rib dip sandwich. Service was consistent and friendly.

I ordered a top sirloin steak medium rare not only was it the smallest steak I have ever seen there was not flavor and was very tuff the only reason I didn't give it one star was because the service was amazing however the food need to be worked on severely

What a horrible experience I just had at this location! The women servers here are dismissive and completely ignored me and my husband. He waited 5 minutes at the register to pay, while they chatted in front of the kitchen and ignored him completely! He finally had to ask someone to turn around and help! They don’t appear to like what they are doing or the customers at all.
The ladies room was disgusting.no paper in one of the stalls, hairs and grime in both sinks.paper towel trash overflowing. The ceiling had a bunch of paper bags taped together, half covering a huge mess of holes and damage in the ceiling tiles.see pictures. It smelled terrible.
Our breakfast food wasn’t bad but wow.we will NEVER come back to this location.

My wife and I don't ear too much, we split a sampler plate and it was filling! Everything tasted great! My wife even signed up for their rewards program and received a free slice of pie. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Would definately recommend!

Food was tasty, but the turkey was dried out. Service was just so-so. I was never asked if I wanted my soup before my entre. When it didn't show up, I had ask for it and it arrived just before my entre. The restaurant wasn't all that busy at the time.

They were nice but just missed too much for a max score.
I counted 6-7 booths needing bussed so I had to wait a couple min.
Meal was good but didn't come with a fork so I started eating with the knife for about 4-5 min.
Asked/ offered Tabasco but didn't come. Neither did my water.
The 7 dollar Mimosa was 2/3 a small white wine glass. Smallest I've gotten there ever.
I was finished with meal before I could get a water refill. Literally 2-1/2 sips.
Last but not least by any means is my Togo items were given to me in a stack of containers without a bag. All I could muster at that point was a head shake and ordered a whole pie just to get a bag to go with.

Love taking fam bam here to eat and what can get better.kids eat free Tuesdays and free pie Wednesdays Yummy! Only down fall restroom not the cleanest and our orders got messed up few times but employees there friendly and food is great. Another reason for my three star is sometimes you gotta wait up to 30-40mins for food to arrive to you table after order.:/

Our server karen was nice and did the best she could during a busy Saturday morning but there is no team work between the other staff. I waited at the counter to pay while multiple servers stood there staring at me. The older lady to be specific. Team work makes the dream work. Needs new management.
