Excellent. Was a Special lunch for my 65th Birthday with some of my Bible study friends I have known for 45 yrs.
The Food was great. And the complimentary pie for dessert was very much appreciated. Thanks Again. God's Blessings for being so Gracious. Happy Holidays and a Very Merry Christmas!

I ordered an omelet with apple wood bacon, & it didn't have any bacon in it! It was a to go order, which I waited for, about 20 min. I paid $13 & tipped $4. When I called to complain 3 times, a lady asked if I could hold, I said 'I guess' & she said, very snippy, 'well you will! ' When the call went thru, I was told to leave my # & a manager will call me. Idk what will happen.

Pie is to die for. Don't die just to get pie. But if you did it would make it worth it. Hahaha!

Awesome service from the waiters. Food took too long and was barely warm when we got it, but it tasted good.

3 stars because of the lack of items on the menu. Clean environment. Service was good. Food was better then in the past, but the choices appears to be limited. Pie was excellent

I come daily to Oregon City Sharis. Our servers are always great but Kelly is a great server. Not only great in serving but is very sweet and always positive. Thank you. The managers are very nice as well. Thank you Shari’s

The worse waitress ever! Very rude! Attitude from the moment me and my family walked in the restaurant. No patience. Rushing us when were trying to be order our meal and very rude when we ask questions about the food like she didn’t want to be there or help us at all… felt like we were being discriminated because we were brown.you can just see she’s frustrated and we waited for our food for over an hour. Worse experience! If I could put zero stars I would put -0 just the worse! Definitely would not recommend this place to anyone.

Only had one worker and still was some of the best service I have ever had! Amazing work this server and management had!

I usually love to come here to play and eat- the guy working never cleared off the table we requested and when he came back in to the video lottery room, I pointed out the machine I wanted to play needed printer paper- he said he would be right back and never came back - so I wasted $80 while waiting for a table to clear and waiting for the machine I wanted- I have never received such poor service

Of the most recent experience visiting this restaurant, I could tell it was not going to be a good visit. First of all, our waitress was not wearing a mask even though back then people were supposed to be wearing masks unless you were at a table. Second of all, a waitress was very clumsy and rushing us to order our food, and not bringing out the salad first which my parents had ordered. I will not be going back to this restaurant or any restaurants in this food chain ever again until the customer service is improved and I mean it I'm serious

I have always loved sherris. Got a ham sanwhich with soup. The soup was ice cold. The waiter brought me anther soup chicken noodle soup with no noodles no chicken nothing in it but children broth but it was hot. The sandwich had very little ham it it and it was cut up in little pieces it was editable. The waiter offered me a free piece of pie but charged me for a dinner I could not eat. Table that our family was seated at was still sticky from the last people that ate there, staff hygiene was poor at best, our family chose to walk out before we even ordered food

Saturday September 8th at 610pm, whoever the girl was who sat us and took our drinks was unprofessional and needs a wake up call. My family and I walked out and we will spend out money elsewhere.we won't go to a place where the employees act like the don't want to be their, seemed a bit rude.
We will come back another day to re try it, the server seemed slammed but very nice when she cashed me out.
The restaurant seemed a little dirty too when we sat down our seats had food on them #needmoredrive

We were a party of 7, at seated in a? Ly populated area. We asked to be moved the waitress acted like it was a bother. Food took literally for ever to be served. Seems one of the cooks walked out. Just visiting from Texas.

Said open till 10 pm. Got there before 9 pm and they were closed and only were selling whole pies. Online info and phone recording stated open until 10 pm.

Excellent food and fantastic service and demeanor, even with being short-staffed and having a full house. Great place for breakfast, burgers, sandwiches, pie, and even mimosas.

Ordered food to go, when I picked it up I asked nicely if I can get Tabasco and ketchup, employee annoyingly said it was all in the bag + utensils. There was only utensils, syrup and butter. Thank you for lying so I could get going.
