This is a fun store. Best ever because when they were out of the size I wanted they made it in store! So quick and friendly. A great place to pick up all your souvenirs!

Had a Bachelorette weekend in seaside and ended up stopping here 4 times. Excellent customer service! Mareolm really went above and beyond. Hope he's still working here when I come back. Made the experience 10 times better

Went in for some sand toys for my son, ended up leaving with a beautiful tie dye sweatshirt for my best friend. Marcolm helped us check out and was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and friendly. We'll definitely be back when we're back in town!

Both times I visited was good. I had an exchange my second visit and marcolm took great care of us.

Sharky’s is under new management as I was told during my most recent visit. However I purchased some clothing there recently and not only are there so many amazing options but the customer service is OUTSTANDING. The last few times I visited, the employees came off as happy to help, had good senses of humor and when I needed something customized, they operated the presser like a pro every time! While I am in disbelief of the negative reviews from back in the day, I can confirm things have changed positively! This is my top recommended clothing and souvenir shop in Seaside!

Got new owner, WAY better than the last owner. Nice place, with lots of little trinkets and souvenirs. They have great prints for crew necks, t shirts, hats, or hoodies.

Horrible place to shop.most empolyies can't speak decent english. There was a VR simulater there that we used. But it was not a simulater it was just a youtube video that they play. Sadly we only found that out after one of use went. We paid $15 for 2 people but only one of us went. We asked for a redund but the fat mexican told us no refunds and that all sales are final (that was not stated anywhere in the store). We explaind that we thought it was a simulater because there are joy sticks and on top it said simulater. But we where told if we looked closer on the kiosk we would see that they wrote video only. The shop employies are very rude and the merchendise is also cheap. Take your money somewhere else.

I went into a few stores with t-shirts and hoodies and this place has exactly what all the other places have except a little more in terms of the variety of designs which I liked. My problem was even though they say they carry plus sizes on signage throughout the store, I could barely find anything above an XL. And even then the XLs were very few. Found a few boring plain colored t-shirts with no designs on them in XXL but that's it. As I went through the sizes it honestly looks like everything is mostly S, M, L. I wanted to get my bf a hoodie but couldn't find XXL anywhere.

Employee with long black hair shoved myself and my wife out of the way to get through to a shirt rack without even waiting for us to clear the path. He stepped on my wife’s foot as well, all just to get to a shirt rack and fix a shirt when he could have gone around. Extremely disrespectful and would never shop here again. We decided against buying anything from this store and just put all the merchandise back. Absolutely disgusting behavior.

Watch out. They might accuse your sweet 8 year old son of stealing, just as you're about to check out with $150 worth of sweaters. Made him turn his pockets out and everything, even though he was with his dad the whole time, so.

These people made a public display and falsely accused my nine year old grandson of theft. Some things can not be undone. Do not shop here.

Wow just wow.they made my family empty our pockets accusing us for stealing! My brother cried the entire way back! The employees are so rude! If I could give it 0, I would!

Me and my family were accused of stealing some magnets and forced to empty our pockets in front of everyone. It was the worst feeling ever my son ended up crying the whole time we walked home. We were about to buy over a hundred dollars worth of merchandise. We know now to avoid this place whenever we visit Seaside.

I went to see the mechanical shark…it had been taken away because it was malfunctioning…so sad…but we did find some great hoodies that we bought… Good service and great prices…

The customer service here is awful. The lady at the check out was extremely rude, and obviously didn't want to service us or anyone else. We also found the exact same clothes in this store, in another one nearby, with much better options and nicer staff. Definitely don't recommend to any ongoing tourists looking for a place to shop, take your money elsewhere.
