Shell, Portland OR

Kinda grungy, kinda seedy, with some fairly odd fellows hanging out in the parking lot near La Mota on the regular. Never filled up here since Leathers a block away has better prices and better service. As for the store itself, the counter staff oscillate between awesome and awful, depending on the individual. Get in and get out, not much to see here, unless you're a fan of Krispy Krunchy Chicken (side note: wise move not spelling Chicken with a K as well).

Went in and the cashier was not wearing his mask but they have a plastic guard. There was a older women coughing all over and he told her she had to come in n cover? He then ask her what was wrong? She started talking covid safety and the cashier who was wearing his mask on his chin said" I won't wear mine because I got this guard " so I left and went to the gas station down the street (who also sells shell gas) much cleaner and nicer. The cashier smelled like he forgot to bath.

Old guy with veteran hat attendant sending people away for no masks, and not providing them. Definitely decrease in revenue for the owners.

Needed propane at 4am for heat and hot water for motorhome and told me not until 10am. 24hour services? Not quite

This store is horrible, nearly every time I’ve been into this establishment it’s been a circus. They have a bad habit of mis fueling vehicles. They have horrible customer service, they don’t restock or keep the store nice much at all. You can go across the street to the other shell and see a vast difference in how well the store is kept. The last time I went to walk into the store the doors were being held shut by an employee and I was told the store was out of service? Like the whole store? There is often very sketchy people parked in the parking lot as well.

Pumped the wrong gas into my car and had to pay the premium price even though I asked for regular. Watch out!

A janitor told my mother that it was gonna be a while before he would done at that she should go somewhere else. Not what I would consider good customer service.

Came in to get diesel on my truck the guy told me its self serve for diesel turns around & leaves. Really? !? ! Ok then.

We came in to put air in our tire that looked a little flat, before going camping for the weekend. Turns out there was a screw in the tire. The attendant, Ken, helped by patching it and was super friendly. Our day would have been ruined if it wasn’t for him going above and beyond. Thank you so much Ken!

The only reason they get a one is because of cashier the lady cooking was rude with capital R she left food in the microwave when I took it out she yelled at me all the time on her cell phone telling me I should not have taken it out now she had to throw it away maybe if she got off her cell phone and did her Job I would not had to remove it so I could cook my food completely RUDE!

Just pulled in with a shredded tire.no questions asked Ken put my spare.had me mobile in 10 minutes very good service.

Bad customer service. Avoid this place like the plague. An incident occurred with an employee who got aggressive with a customer who was trying to get gas and the attendant made the mistake. The attendant hit the car causing damage. The owner never called to set it right. Now headed to court.

The mini market is well stocked and not over priced and they have freshly made excellent Cajun style fried chicken and JoJo's. Gas Station has 8 pumps. Also has Ccommercial gas Island with 4 truck capable lanes with both diesel and gas.

The "owner" calls customers a douche bag, cusses at them and threatens to have people come beat them up.she should be fired immediately and does not belong in customer service! She would not give her name when asked so I could file a complaint!

Bought Krispy Krunchy Chicken - only Portland Oregon outlet. Better than KFC or Popeyes!
This chicken franchise is usually located in gas station stores.

The lady and man were so rude it's thanksgiving and they wouldn't let us change a tire at this shell super rude

Service and staff were great. Needed help on directions and the gas attendant went out of his way to help me map out a route to get home. So satisfied with this location.

Three attendants standing there staring at me, with their arms crossed, yet no one seems to want to pump gas for me. No problem, I will just be getting my gas at the Jackson the block over.

The employees, from the gas attendant to the register clerk were all amazing, politely helpful, and in Good Humor. The store was clean and tidy, the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5, is a bit Petty. I went in for coffee and their selection for creamer was almost nothing, sugar and dry creamer was the extent of their selections. Other than that nicely managed store.

Service and staff are great. They're open late too if you need cigarettes and live in Washington it's a quick in and out once the traffic is done with on 205
