6Wilson was the nicest friendliest and most professional staff member ever. Not only did they help me find the right kind of paint but they went above the normal assistant. I was blown away with this level of customer service, good vibe (lady before very rude), and knowledgeable. This is a well deserved review and I hope they get the recognition. Thank you again and my now white chair looks great!
Quick and easy. Not alot of help, but that was okay since we knew what we wanted.
I like the fact that the the staff can do more than one thing at a time and can really hussle to get the customers order processed and out the door.
As a painting contractor it's very much appreciated.
The store manager Jackson and his wonderful staff, are always very friendly, knowledgeable with SW products, and customer focused. On rare occasion when something may be out of stock they offer to see if another store can transfer it to Sherwood, or offer to rush order it for you.
I consider and recommend the Sherwim Wms in Sherwood as the top retail paint center in all of Portland. Contractors, homeowners, arts and crafts folks, and the general public won't be disappointed.p. We purchased paint for the exterior of our home on Monday July 6th. We were in and out with our order in 15 minutes. The store was clearly marked
with areas to stand to be 6' apart. There were other customers in the store and everybody was doing their parts with masks and staying the 6' apart.
Excellent help trying to get the right paint to do touch up on the walls.
Steve and Austin were extremely knowledgeable and helped me solve some paint problems. I will definitely be a return customer.
