A very rude Dr whose opening words to my daughter “There is nothing I can do” - why did she waste our time? She had not bothered to read any of the file - but wants to bill.
Not only that she was condascending and spent most of the time talking about here issues with her mother. She is useless, a waste of time - throughly unprofessional!
Dr. Patel is a great doctor, she’s kind, supportive, honest and the whole staff is great with follow up and reminders. I’ve felt safe and comfortable in their care.
I've seen Dr. Patel for about 2 years. She is so personal in her care, and really speaks to you like a human (no jargon!) and is super charming and funny to boot. I've been through some health issues, and she's taken each one seriously and approached them all with thoughtfulness. She is such a delight. The Oregon Clinic's nurses, front office staff, and Sherri in billing have all been nice and helpful, too.
