Short Stop Market reviews
17 Just witnessed a clerk being rude to a well known person around town who collect cans as well as picks up trash all around Grants Pass. I've met this person (the can collector) and know his journey including the mountains he has climbed and how his has not given up and has taken care of his family after having to move and give up everything to protect his family from a predator.
This is very shameful for people to act this way and I certainly hope this does not represent how this market thinks, otherwise I will never return and advise others to avoid this once excellent market.
Place seems sketchy but it’s at least got a few really nice workers! I went in there with my father and the cashier complimented my shirt. And the store itself is really not that bad.
This place has a little bit of everything. The deli foods are good. The made to order grilled foods are good. The salads and desserts are fantastic! People are friendly and it's a comfortable store.
Favorite stop for drinks snacks and now new deli and bigger selections of hot made to order items etc.
Ordered a breakfast burrito, (chorizo) it had to be 2 days old! Used old Jojo fries for the potato, eggs were OLD and rubbery. Will never order burrito for this place again. It has happened more than once. This was just the worse. Might be same owner but deli has gone way down hill. Very sad. Used to be great
Fun little out of the way market. They make their own sandwiches among other things and have a great selection of snacks and drinks. Price is right and selection is good! Staff is friendly and helpful!
Breakfast burritos use to be the best but not anymore! I got a bacon, cheese, and gravy burrito this morning. It was old, had no gravy, and they use cut up jojos instead of hashbrowns. It was terrible!
Since it changed ownership it it isn't the same. It's gone downhill sadly. I live near there and only go when absolutely necessary
Ordered a pastrami sandwich on Sunday. It was pre-made. 2 slices of pastrami a slice of cheddar on a small stale French roll. No condiments lettuce or tomato. Worst sandwich ever from a deli.
This store's employees do not wear masks, they do not even ask customers to use them. This place is and osha violation everyday.
Changed their name. It is lame, hope they don't change too much. It is the neighborhood store.
New deli upgrades. Remodelling.and a new name. Still great group kids who work there and are always kind. Ate lots salads wraps and sandwiches this winter while my husband was on road.
Worker behind the counter was wearing his mask under his mouth, while serving food. 4 customers without masks. Absolutely no mask enforcement at all.
This is literally a block from my house, they are fast and friendly. They are super helpful to my daughter when she goes to the store.
Friendly employees, a real "home-town kinda atmosphere. Food selection limited and "Pricey" but has awesome deli with very acceptable prices and the best price on my rolling tobacco in town. Has picnic tables outside to have your deli food
Lil pricey but good store honestly Lil pantry is across the street soooooooooo I'll be there lol
Never actually went into the store but was a great place to meet some friends to do some exchanging of some merchandise that they had bought from me
