I loved my experience with Mark Williams and his quick diagnosis and optimism. All the staff were friendly and made my visit easy peasy - thank you ️

I do not recommend wasting your time to come here. Not only did they cancel my first appointment because the Dr.was going to be out, the reschedule was 4 months out THEN they canceled a second time because the Dr.had a lot of time off in 2023, the reschedule was 5 months out! Thanks, I’ve only been waiting since July 2023 to see someone….

Dr Berry and staff were very kind. Dr Berry has been the first one to understand what’s going on and help me figure out what I’m allergic to. Thanks!

At 73, one would expect to have had mohs surgery at least once, I'm on number 5. Silver Falls Dermatology has been the best experience to date. The moment I walked the door I was greeted by friendly staff. I had an 8: 10 am appointment so there may not have been anyone ahead of me, but I was ushered to a room within five minutes. I remained in this room throughout the procedure. Everyone was professional and friendly. I was only made to wait while the surgical specimen was read to determine if additional tissue removal was necessary. It was not. The entire procedure took less than an hour and a half. All in all, a very good experience.

Terrible communication between office locations, can’t get ahold of Corvallis office. Dr cancels and next available is 6-9 weeks out. Daughter had to stop prescription because no one would call us back to refill in the interim.

Great staff! Every time i have been in, the front desk, medical assistants, physician assistants, and doctors are all knowledgable, friendly, and great with patients.
Thank you for all that you do!

I have never needed to go to a Dermatologist and I am grateful for that. Today was my first appoiment and I am so happy I chose Silver Falls Dermatology.
*The waiting room was clean and comfortable.
* The receptionist was very polite and friendly.
* I didn't have to wait long to be seen, and when it was my turn, I was greeted by a very nice nurse. She was wearing her mask, but I'm sure she was smiling, I could hear it in her voice.
* The exam room was clean and comfortable.
* The nice nurse, (I wish I could remember her name), was very polite. She was very attentive when asking information for my chart. She wasn't staring at the screen typing my information as she asked me questions. She had a tablet and sat next to me so I could see the screen. She was super nice.she deserves a raise!
* Dr. Williams was extremely nice and respectful. He took time to explain and answer my questions. I never felt uncomfortable, he wasn't in a rush to get to his next patient. He made me feel important and I think he deserves a raise too!
* My experience going to my first dermatology appointment wasn't stressful at all thanks to the wonderful staff at Silver Falls. I think they deserve.a raise!

Dr. Berry is literally the best doctor I have ever had my entire life. I could do be more happy with the care I have been given and invaluable information I have received. I can not say enough wonderful things about her.

Revision: I'm reducing the stars to two despite the competence with the biopsy/mho's surgery. I am deeply dismayed by the lately discovered visit-notes mentioned below. While they are a lot better formatted than those CCDA 'instructions' and a little more sensible, I have to mention the repeated use of the phrase "I counseled. " in those notes. The use of past tense can only mean that the physician is claiming to have discussed so much during the appointment that it could never have happened, and just plain didn't. This is particularly so with regard to the two appointments dealing with various rashes. And the important notes from the 2nd of the two, for the two most important matters, were so far from the actual conversation that I will never, ever trust this man to deal with anything other than his gateway function for the biopsy/mho's surgery. I just don't trust him for more than that.

Was: While I am giving this organization just three stars they are good enough mechanics; I would use them again if in need of biopsy or mho's surgery.

The problem with the organization is communication with the patient. In my case, I was not given the single direction needed to find after visit guidance, and this, combined with poorly designed interface software, led me down a twisted, contorted path, and left me high on aggravation, anger, and suspicion. The story's too long to recount here. I've accidentally found that guidance, only seven months later.

In case they leave you twisting in the wind like me: on their portal you will find no meaningful links to click like 'visit notes' or 'guidance'. You have to click on the appointment date at the start of the entry on the 'past appointments' page. Whatever you do, avoid relying on the links at the right, the ones for CCDA stuff as the downloadable pdf has a section called 'instructions' that will likely drive you nuts like it did me. While there are problems with the 'date' click notes, they are not anywhere near as incomprehensible, misleading, aggravating, and angrifying as those 'instructions'.

Silver Falls Dermatology, Allergy is a place where I felt heard, respected, and confident with their work! (Skin cancers are a part of my life.) Caring, knowledgeable professionals. I feel so fortunate to have been referred to them by my doctor.

My appointment was good. The staff were pleasant.
The phone system is horrible. A terribly long wait. 8 minutes to get a human.

Even with great doctors, if the front desk isn't doing their job, this is an issue. I'd rather have people who work from home call me and take my info over the phone if they aren't going to use the paperwork I took the time to fill out.

I filled out all the paperwork when I was in person, at the appointment. I gave my address, and insurance and I never got a bill. 3 months later I called to see if I had a balance. I was PAST due. They had an old address, and no insurance! I was going to collections and had no idea. They didn't even have my phone number. I gave it all to them at my appointment. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.

The staff are really wonderful! Dr. Berry is saving my life; truly. I'm very grateful. But I had to deduct a star for the phone system. The wait times calling into the office are long and it isn't clear why. The automated call system requires we, the patients, to press a menu selection 5 times before entering the call wait system. It doesn't seem like the calls on this line are actually going to the receptionist but rather some remote call center. Mind you, the call center works after investing about 10 minutes. It just isn't as good as it was when we could call in and talk to the actual receptionist in the office.
