Silver Falls Dermatology reviews
16Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Instead of having me come back for a procedure they took the time and did it right away.
The Allergist is great- super kind, thorough, and has a calm demeanor. She was knowledgeable and clear, and explained things bet well.
Easy check in, quick wait time, nurse friendly and made me very comfortable with my procedure. Dr James professional, friendly.
My visit was very good. There was no waiting. The MA and both doctors I saw were very professional. They did a thorough and great job. Thank you so much.
Excellent explanations and answered all my questions. No pressure for any procedure or service.
I am very happy with the medical care that I receive at Frontier Dermatology on 13th St in Salem. Provider Brolin Johnson and his nurse Margaret are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly whenever I visit the office for treatment of my skin. The clinic is very fortunate to have them on staff!
Silver Falls - from the front desk to the exam room - has given me a changed opinion of dermatology in general. I have always had dermatologists that seemed non-caring and aloof. But my experience with your organization has changed my opinion completely. It is a joy to be taken care of by people who have a great "bedside manner" and are interested in my well-being. Thanks for being who you are! Ken Williams
Excellent staff and Doctors. They are caring individuals and really aim to make your dermatological issues a thing of the past.
Disappointing and cold from start to finish. The Salem office is crowded and shabby. I was crammed into a tiny windowless room, seen for all of two minutes, had a light shone in my face for 0.5 seconds and charged $425. I getter better care, attention, information and results from my esthetician.
The staff at the allergy section were fantastic. They were very friendly, attentive and professional. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Berry. She was a great listener, very attentive, and willing to do research while I waited. I have so much confidence in her expertise. Thank you everyone for such a wonderful experience.
Always had excellent service from Silver Falls Dermatology and Joel James in particular. Recommend them, and him, very highly.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff all the way around! Only one encounter with a particular snobby and rude nurse, but out of ALL the times I go, I can't hold that against anybody. What if homegirl was jus having a bad day?
Outstanding doctor, outstanding staff! Love these folks. Very informative in regards to wha to watch for as we age.
The doctors and medical staff were great but the front desk gal announced to the reception area that I was late when I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment. I felt like that was not necessary!
Far too difficult to get in touch with the office - appear to be understaffed - long hold times every single time I've called - takes >24 hours to get a callback if you leave a voice mail, and if you miss the callback, the cycle begins again - after finally speaking with the office 3 business days ago about a problem with a medication for a medical issue (not cosmetic), I'm still waiting for a callback. The staff and provider were all very kind, but the provider I saw seemed uncomfortable and barely looked at the area in question, let alone palpate it, which may have yielded more definitive diagnostic information. Also, when I arrived at the pharmacy initially to pick up my prescriptions, I had to tell them which one I needed because FD had sent in two prescriptions for the same med in different strengths - luckily I had been paying attention in the appt. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. I know. HIPAA - I'm not looking for a response here or anywhere. I am surprised by the disparity in the reviews.
