The unwelcome nature of their practice time and time again makes one feel uncertainty and discomfort. One would not recommend their assistance, for even pain near the spleen, they quickly in action to throw you out the door. They said I would be in pain for another week or so, and quickly left without further direction. I guess I will be in pain at work now.

A complete waste of time and money.

A lack of care and understanding deepens the unsatisfaction. I do not believe they care of the pain I am in. Most dissatisfied and disappointed. I will not be returning.

For those with insurance other then OHP ya might want to check your bills because my bill was coded wrong from Dustin Durhams office 10 months ago and because there sooo busy thay can't seem to correct THERE MISTAKE my insurance won't cover it. It was just general blood work Mr Durham your the guy taking our money the states money you should be ashamed of yourself so should your lazy staff I can't wait for my final appointment. Yes I had to make an appointment 1 week short of a year to have this corrected. See you in7 weeks

We visited recently for our updated Covid 19 booster shot which now covers all the strains. Received the flu shot whilst we were there. Fast and easy.

Find a primary care doctor in Medford if you need medical help, this establishment's purpose is not healing.

7 months for an appointment.now over two years waiting for a Primary Care Provider. An Urgent Care 350 lb+ nurse stated "I don't drink water, I don't like the taste. " What a mess of a failed system.

I have been going for 5.5 years. I am 64 and most doctors give you a next appointment when you leave. I was told I had kidney disease but will take another blood test in 3 months. It's been 15 days when I called my doctor hadn't reviewed it. I have so many referrals I don't even know who to call if I have a new problem. I dislike going there and feel like they are too busy to follow-up on my health.

The ineptitude of this facility is truly astonishing. From appointments to referrals to care to billing, this organization finds new and inventive ways to completely drop the ball. Rather than ever being able to see your pcp, you’ll be constantly advised to go into their walk in clinic downstairs. Once there, you’ll encounter what can only be described as Mount Python and the Disaffected Walk In Staff, but if Monty Python weren’t funny and chronically misdiagnosed ailments while loudly talking poorly about their patients when they think they’re out of earshot. In all the years we’ve been using this facility, I’ve had one, and only one, good/useful experience and that was with a very nice lady who gave me a vaccine once. Every other experience has been akin to methodically removing the entirety of your body hair with tweezers.

I love my doctor and the other doctors for when my pcp isn't available. And nurses are absolutely great as well. I haven't had any really bad experiences. The pharmacy is fast and has supreme customer service. Thanks to all of you. Sincerely a grateful patient

Their dentist Dr. A. Swanson is amazing. And her assistants are also. I feel blessed to be able to get in to see her. My dentist retired several years ago and I'm a chicken when it comes to dentists, but I had an emergency and had to get one ASAP, my daughter referred me to Dr Swanson because she's as big a chicken as I am.she thinks she ROCKS! I have to agree.

This review is for jill at the walk in clinic, seen her like 3 times absolutely unprofessional lacks caring for people what so ever; she is definitely in the wrong business. Has never solved any of my issues just seems like she wants to get you gone soon as possible does not want to even hear the issues you are there for, I will not be returning to the clinic as long as I have to see her.

8: 00am came in and 2 people were ahead of me 11: 00 am still not seen and the say ^ we are a place of compassion and healing lmao. I've been waiting to see a doctor for 6 months now. Terrible service.

One of the best care facilities I've ever been to - I have been involved in MAT treatment here for over two years under Dr Miller (and Summer) and it has literally saved my life! Everyone is so helpful and cheerful - especially those that work in the pharmacy (thank you Stephanie and Jennifer!) I was truly blessed to find this place

9 months for an appt. They canceled. Another two months for an appt. They chose the N. P then said she quit. They canceled. 47 minutes on hold, finally left a message. 2 days later, still no response. A year without care. They did not tell me about virtual care but I found out and tried it. That was quick and efficient for a prescription but physical care is necessary sometimes.

Can’t give a review on services but they just told me they are taking new patients but the waitlist is 14 months out. Insane

Went to you guys about a year ago and could not get the proper mental health and medication. Two years of pure hell trying to get medication. Rude staff that thinks they can talk to you how ever and try to tell you what to do over the phone. Bad place to go for a doctor. I now have a better doctor thank god.
