Very good customer service. Nice change of atmosphere compared to other Ace Hardwares in Central OR. I will definitely use them more often in my general contractor business.

It's my local hardware store. The people there are ready for all your questions. Years ago I was victim of a home break-in and they offered to just give me the supplies to fix my door. They really care about people!

A good hardware store. I found the perfect washer to fix my flashlight. I always seem to find what I need there. This is a well-stocked Ace hardware with good inventory. There is a large RV section for the size of a store.

Have what we need when we need it. Super friendly staff to help check you out and the go-to for The Garden Angel Landscaping. Thanks for always being open in the early morning!

Quick service 1 cashier line only & helpful staff around the small store make every visit here convenient for me & often has all I’ve needed.

Wrenches or screwdrivers, bug traps & nails, or bird-food and garden needs. Sisters doesn’t have a lot of stores, this one is certainly great.

Very friendly staff and store is outfitted well. I was surprised at the variety of merchandise from a small business.

Better off spending the time driving to Bend or Redmond and actually getting exactly what you need.
Time after time I tried to find hardware or specific items only to find higher prices, lack of knowledge and lack of service.
The operating hours are straight up a joke even for a small town, closing abnormally early and opening abnormaly late.
I no longer consider them an "in town option" unless an absolute "mid day" emergency, even then I would rather drive to Bend or Redmond to get the actual part needed and not the "next best" over priced option which is what this store offers.
The people who work there are nice if you can get their attention, although that doesn't help get you the right parts needed.

I come here weekly to pick up a few supplies - always friendly and helpful! I wish their Sunday Hours were longer.
