Liked the area. Lots of food places close by. Like Taco Bell, subway, and China doll for fast food, The Phoenix for a nice restruaunt. I ate at China doll and the Phoenix. Very good. Was going to eat at Taco Bell, but the dining room is only open 2 -4pm. And I was walking. The drive through was very busy. China doll was not for lunch anyways.
The room was nice. You get a good sized shower. But the bathroom is small. About enough room to dress, and that's tight. The bed was comfy for me and I'm a little on the hard side of soft.
They serve a hot breakfast with eggs, sausage, waffles, muffins, bagels, and bread. They also have yogurt, milk, juices (apples & orange) and coffee. I like it except for the eggs, I dunno what they use but, they are tasteless without pepper on then. Oh yeah, they have packets of salt, pepper, butter, peanut butter and syrup. Should not leave hungry. The person taking care of the place was always checking to ensure everything okay.
The hotel staff was friendly. And helpful.

The hotel itself is very nice. The staff I encountered during my 2 day stay were nice as well. The reason for my 1 star rating is that my guest became very ill on the last morning of my stay. So much so that we ended up renting the room for 1 more day, as he was far too sick to travel. When paying for the 3rd day, I let staff know my guest was incredibly unwell. I left that evening to give him some privacy & allow him some uninterrupted, peaceful rest. He checked out very early the following morning. About 12 hours later, i noticed a notification from my banking app stating they had charged my card $150 for "DAMAGES"! I immediately called, only to be told the manager was not available & that the $150 was for the cost of the garbage can inside the room which unfortunately, my friend had had to use for unintended purposes. It's been 4 days, the manager has not returned a single phone call or message from me & I am absolutely appalled. I feel taken advantage of. I would be happy to pay for the cost of a new garbage can. I can't imagine it costs more than $10. To the manager: DANIELLE CEASAR, I WILL FIGHT THIS CHARGE TO THE END OF THE EARTH. Your managerial skills are questionable as well as this hotels ethics. I'm starting to wonder if the breakfast served here is what made my friend sick in the first place. That's all he ate that day, so it would make sense. Like said, I won't relent. If this is not made right, i will make it worse.

I would have given this place a 5 star overall rating if it weren't for the duvet cover over bed. There needed to be a blanket that actually formed to you body. Great service, excellent breakfast. The room had all the amenities. The shower was spacious. Everyone was so attentive. Close to shopping centers and eateries. I would recommend staying here most definitely.

Nice check in/out. Quiet. Nicely decorated hotel. Lamps on nightstands had plug-ins available for phone charger. Next to plenty of good places to eat. Pillows were opposite of firm. Vending machine out of order on our floor. Condom wrapper on floor in hotel room.

Great rooms. Clean and updated. Ample towels and pool towels also. Very quiet property. Many eateries close. Friendly staff. We'll be back!

What a disappointment. We discovered the Choice hotel brand in Moab and had a wonderful stay, so when we needed lodging 2 days later in Bend we kept to that brand and booked the Sleep Inn. It was terrible! The room smelled strongly of wet dog mixed with carpet cleaner smell. When we complained at the desk, they said there were no other rooms available and they could not refund our money. We did our best to air out the room, but had a terrible night, with both occupants of the room having migraines by morning. In addition, the rug was tattered and fraying near the doorways, and there was mold in the shower. The only saving grace was that the manager agreed to refund our 2nd night so that we could leave. She acknowledged the smell but never apologized or offered any other solution (e.g. Room at another company hotel). In any case, our opinion of Choice Hotels has been greatly diminished. My advice, when in Bend, head further south to the Holiday Inn Express - it was awesome!

I arrived at the location in the evening and was absolutely happy with everything. The room was clean and well put together. The night front desk man was very pleasant. He was great company. I would also recommend the brewing company across the street for dinner.

My family and myself stayed last night and the general feel was cozy. Then we got to the room and it was clean and tidy. We made our way to the heated pool yes heated pool and it was just so perfect but the beat part was the nice older gentlemen working as night audit. I didn't get his name but he was just the most adorable, kind, personable person. Bless that man. Highly recommend.

Unsafe, unsanitary and the room wasn’t even cleaned up. Not worth the money at all! I had a family member staying in town after a few years of not seeing them and saw this hotel and suggested it to them. I wish I hadn’t! First, the beds are horribly uncomfortable for them and hurts they’re back, then they can’t even walk around the room due to the carpet being disgusting. Finally, the police were called. My family was burglarized here and precious items were stolen! The manager expressed no concern to be there and was pushed to go in and help. Do not stay here! It’s not safe, filthy and they don’t care about your comfort or safety. I’d like my family to be refunded so that we can move her to a safer and better location. We won’t be having people stay here again!

First, the room was booked by a family member and they were assured that all I needed to do after my procedure was check in and show id, the rest was taken care of and paid for. That was a lie. "Oh well without a form filled out and sent to us we just can't do that" and you couldn't have taken care of that when they clearly said THEY were paying for my room so I didn't have to go through the hassle and just go recover from my procedure? Like come on. Then to top it off the next morning at breakfast the lady in the dining room was extremely rude. Dont offer a FREE breakfast with the room and be all "No you cant have that, what do you want" um.she wanted a paper cup for juice. You know, the cups you leave next to the machine. Why so rude? The entire experience was just.dumb, stressful, frustrating, confusing, and honestly way more complicated than it had to be. I've never had an experience like that before, regardless of who was paying for the room and unless I have no other options I dont intend to repeat it next month or any other time. The only reason it gets two stars is because the rooms were decent. Everything else left a lot to be desired.

Cute little hotel. Clean. But small rooms.
Hot tub is open till 10

Breakfast is a ok but no waffles even with a waffle maker.come on people, bagel toast cereal oatmeal for breakfast. Figured it being a few bucks more each night you would atleast get a waffle.
But that’s nothing new for the lazy and cheap hotels still riding the COVID trend.open all breakfasts! I try to live off those hot breakfasts some weeks and will surely choose a hotel based on the breakfast situation. Can’t say it’s franchise based rule cause I’ve stayed in more chase motels and few are running like they should! It’s just an owner being cheap
or lazy.
Yes I would rent a room there again.

Well Mrs Doubtfire at the front desk is beyond rude to all guests. Rooms dirty, the breakfast not good. Coffee is horrible. Not to mention Mrs Doubtfire and another older man that works behind the desk were yelling at each other during breakfast. Worst hotel ever, and I travel the USA for work. Never again will I stay in a Sleep inn or any associated hotels.

Yuck! Bathroom was not clean. There were many hairs in the shower and threads on the bathroom floor. There were pieces of paper on the carpet in the room. Stains on the bed covering. Staff at the desk was rude. Said she would let housekeeping and the manager know in the morning but there was nothing she could do, no other rooms available. Went to Safeway and got cleaning supplies so we could use the shower. No manager available in the morning. When we finally got a response from him it was almost the exact wording of all the negative reviews thanking me for my comments. No discount, no refund. Not worth saving a few dollars, pick somewhere else to stay.

Booked this location and very clearly told the person I spoke with that we had 6 guest. Was told that was no problem. We arrived and the room had only two full size beds, no way you can sleep 6 people. The front desk solution to this was to give extra blankets to sleep on the floor. When I spoke with the GM Sean Evert he was no help either. His hotel made the mistake of over booking a room and his solution was for me to rent another room. Will never stay here or any of their hotels again.
Just a few things to add as a response to what the manager had to say, first if you say that my reservation was for 1 adult why would your staff not question the fact that there were 5 others with me at check-in then again when I called the front desk to question if we were placed in the wrong room due to how many guest we had or the next day when we asked for more blankets as the "plethora" of blankets your staff gave didn't soften the floor nor did they question us as we checked out but again my reservation according to you was for 1 adult. That is either incompetence on the part of your staff or you're simply lying as an attempt to save face. As for the room you say I refused, that was mentioned by you during the phone conversation we had today (1 day after we left) so not sure how I could have "refused" that solution. Lesson learned, next time we'll spend our money elsewhere.

Clean awesome pool but its seasonal the hot tub needs a lil work jets dont work. Warm bath with friends.update its been a lil over a month and the hot tub still has no jets

The front desk staff were so nice and very easy to work with. I would have given five stars except housekeeping entered without knocking before 8: 30am.

Sean and Team were AMAZING - very accommodating and we felt right at home when we visited in September! Super comfy beds; clean everywhere we looked and felt very homey!

We were one night only, but the hospitality was warm and welcoming, clean rooms, great breakfast, very accommodating and only one mile from the surgery center where my husband had surgery. Very convenient location.
