8BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER! Never never never going to this place ever again! They butchered my husbands hair my 3 years olds hair and my 2 year olds first hair cut! Literally looks like a child came threw with scissors! So dissapointed! Never again! She was also frustrated with my 2 year old because he was moving and crying. No patience and was breathing hard and was getting tired of dealing with it. She told me she was done and thats the best she could do with my son. Husband asked for the top to be longer and a skin fade well he got all of his hair completely removed! My 3 year olds hair looks like his brother chopped it all the way around!
THE ABOUSULTE WORST HAIR CUT IN MY LIFE! I ASKED FOR A LONG LAYER! SHE CUT IT INTO SHAMBLES! UP TO MY SHOULDER BLADES! I have to get it fixed.but it's so short I need to wait for it grow a lil first! I IM DEVASTATED. PUT ME INTO TEARS. MY FAMILY IS SHOCKED! Her NAME IS KAITLYNN WALMART SPRINGFIELD OREGON STORE NUMBER #03786 I WILL NEVER RETURN THERE AGAIN!

Didn't know how to cut curly hair. Completely butchered my hair. Only way to fix it now is to completely chop it off. Horrible. Get what you paid for I guess.
Got my hair highlighted and it turned brassy orange, and they didn't even try to fix it. I recommend using your bank card so you can file a dispute if your not satisfied with your service because they won't fix it. All I wanted was for them to tone it down, and they would not even do that.
