Smiles Dental Roseburg

If I could give a zero star review, I would. They are unprofessional about their dental work. I’ve had many feelings through them almost everyone had problems and pain afterwards I recently just had a feeling pop out and they did nothing for me. No emergency Dental work or anything they said they are booked out for three weeks Honestly one of the worst dentist offices in Oregon. I would not recommend taking anyone to this office.

All the employees were really kind and helpful from the front desk person to the doctors and dental hygienist. This is so uncommon and can’t recommend them enough.

I struggle with anxiety when I have dental work done. Emma made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Wonderful, cheerful (and funny), organized, timely and professionally exceptional. Friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in the door. I’m so glad I found Smiles Dental!

This place was great. Everyone was extremely nice and friendly. I went in for a cleaning and some X-rays and it went as good as it could have. I’m definitely making this my dentist from now on! The only down side is they are so popular it took me three months to be seen, but that’s not necessarily a bad thing when it comes to dental! Thank you for the great visit!

Everyone here is so friendly and professional. Another great experience getting my teeth cleaned today. I also love the jigsaw puzzle in the waiting room. I almost wish they took longer to call me back.

What an amazing dental office! I was so nervous to come in since it had been about 7 years since my last cleaning and checkup. Every single person at Smiles was kind, professional, highly competent, and focused on the patient! Tami did such a lovely job on my cleaning! She checked in regularly with me during the process, which put me completely at ease. Tami was a wealth of information and had excellent suggestions for taking better care of my teeth. Dr. Easter was my dentist for the visit. I really appreciated his calm, warm demeanor. I truly felt like I was in good hands during the entire visit. I'm even looking forward to going back for my next cleaning, which is something I could never say before. Thank you, Smiles!

This was my second cleaning and I do have a lot of problems with my mouth do to a very dry mouth. But it wasn't really so bad as she kept it wet
I need work done as soon as they can get me in this week. A great job them. Thank you for helping me out.

The dentist was thorough and observant, noticing cracks in my tooth, and gave the information necessary for me to make an informed decision about future work on my teeth. Emma the hygienist was kind, professional, personable, humorous, and gentle. A great asset for your business! She is a keeper!

Super nice staff. Very efficient and fast, but still take time to make sure they are thorough.

Carol and the dentist solved a problem I am having with my molars. They explained what my options are then I chose what plan I wanted problem solved
