New ownership and it’s a night & day difference (so clean). Has everything you need. Shout out to the new owners for making this one of the cleanest gyms I’ve been to.

What a disappointment! I typically go to other snap gyms but this one was convenient for me today so I went. So dirty inside, dust balls everywhere. Treadmill are not exactly maintained. The first two I got on were making bad noises. The third and fourth the belts were slipping at moderate speeds. Definitely needs some attention over all. Bathrooms are not exactly clean either. Makes me sad, this used to be my home gym and was well maintained back then.

After I signed up and paid for this, I learned that the doors are broken for new members. 'The keycard system doesn't register new cards', is what the receptionist told me, after I called a few days later. They allowed me to sign up, then took money without telling me the whole thing was scuffed. Your card will not work, and they don't have a staff member there to let you in. This was over a month ago, and I have yet to be able to get into the doors. I've sent two emails asking what was up, but have gotten no reply.
The gym is fine for what it is, a gym. You just can't get in to use it, and they wont tell you until you learn it doesn't work on your own.

This place started okay and then it was recently sold. I asked to have a membership freeze due to covid and they just kept charging every month. No one will pick up the phone or respond to emails. Whomever is running this place now is obviously a crooked individual who doesn’t give a care in the world about their customers. Resorted to canceling charges via the credit card company today.

Horrible first time experience. Staff is rude and don’t help at all. Don’t recommend price is to high just for a small gym
