If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Do not come here! This place is a rip off. Went to two stalls and the brushes did not work at all. Wasted $10. If the brushes did work, the soap would take 2 or more minutes to come out. Called to ask for my money back but no one ever answers and their voicemail is not even set up.

I'll always come to soap and suds. I'm not broke or anything but I'm enough to be a little worried about the charges to my card that are still pending after three days or so but after reading the reviews I feel better. I swiped my card a few times but only used the vacuums twice.

Terrible car wash. Vending machine ate two dollars in tokens and didn’t give me what I ordered and then the car shampooer charged my card $13 and didn’t even work at all or turn on. Don’t go here.

Over all the place is clean I mean it would cost a lot to have a person cleaning all day and that place can get really busy I go there all the time the workers are nice very helpful so

Finally! A place that has decent vacuums! And you can use them free with a car wash! And the wash is under $10! Yay! Why can’t there be more of these in town?

A good and clean self service car wash. The water was nice and hot and plenty of quality soap.

I drive a big ford transit camping van so I needed a self serve car wash to give it a rinse. Spent $10 and was not happy with the equipment. Poor value, very little soap comes out when using brush. Still left with a dirty vehicle but I was not going to give them more money.

I polished my truck for a few days in this place and the brush completely grated the paint on my car. Now I will have to pay to have a deep polish done. I do not recommend this place, apart from being expensive, the brushes cause serious damage to the paint

My car was super dirty, it looked like it did on arrival when I left. And DONT EVER USE YOUR DEBIT CARD THERE. I went someplace after using it there AMF they were holding all my leftover money for some reason and it took a couple days to get gas again cuz of it. I had to not work the 2 days. No gas cuz they held my card

This car wash is a rip off! $3.50 for less then 3 min of time. Then you add another token and it only gives you 30 seconds or so.

The wands work great and they actually have product like soap and wax running thru them. It's open 24/7. The vacuums actually have suction. The machine for towels, rags, etc.and the machine of detailing products were full and working. Prices average. It cost $ 20 to wash and $4 to vacuum. The reason I did not give it a 5-star rating was due to the overflowing trash cans.

3rd bay in, first time using that bay in awhile, seemed like the pressure was lower than normal on the wand and it took a bit to finally pump soap on the brush.

Even so, it's still my preferred car wash, wash bays accept cards and coin, perfect for my car or work van, and the water is heated a bit. Always pleasant for winter washing.

Last two times I have gone they have taken over $15 from me but never turned on to use.so I have paid over $30 total. With no way to contact anyone that could help. I would rather drive the 45 minutes to Lebanon's wash rack always tons of soap. And equipment that actually works.

Is sad that this is the only one now besides going to Keizer. Both are rather expensive. $11 gave me just enough time to use the high-pressure soap with a very quick rinse and minimal time to use the high-pressure Hot Wax. Also, the fluid swap timing takes so long; I think that's where those extra seconds go that are needed to ensure you've gotten your car clean. Kind of a rip-off.

Best self wash in Salem! Perfect place for a Late night and the place for a perfect time consuming job! Thank you for being so chill:)

Great self serve wash. They don't mind towel drying if it isn't busy. Time based payment and if you swipe twice it'll come in one charge on your statement. Great place to wash my company vehicle.

Everything worked well and the place was clean. Other than the location, everything was great. I'll be back

Credit card reader didn't work. Didn't have enough cash to finish washing the car.
