Very professional work. Radon mitigation work on a rental property for us was quick, effective, cost efficient - and coordinated with tenants in a way that delighted them as well. Easy to recommend these folks!

They saved us $40k (bid from another company) by correctly locating the sewer clog in the street which the city promptly fixed

Used them to scan a property for decommissioned oil tanks before purchasing. The price was very reasonable, and our technician arrived on time and was friendly. He even used his equipment to help our septic inspectors try to locate an old steel septic tank they were having a hard time locating. Easy process for scheduling and billing as well. Would recommend.

Did work for my neighbors while I was at work. Did not inform me of the work being done. NEVER HAD PERMISSION TO WORK IN MY YARD. When I got home my side yard was DESTROYED and the retaining wall badly damaged. Debris was left all over. Their own pictures show it. I have been trying to get SOME accountability from them for 2 years now and they have done NOTHING. DO NOT USE THEM.

This company installed my radon mitigation system in 2015. Recently I did a radon test that I purchased through the American Lung Association which said I have dangerous levels of radon in my home. Soil Solutions has not responded to my emails or my calls. It has been weeks. I will be seeking a new company to fix the radon mitigation system.

We worked with Soil Solutions to decommission two tanks on an older home. I cannot say enough wonderful thing about their staff, especially their employee Alex Mottern. He worked very closely with us every step of the way and when we ran into some difficulty getting our soil samples, Soil Solutions worked incredibly hard and went above and beyond to find a solution to solve the problem. We would highly recommend this company to anyone who is in need of their services.

First off, it's difficult to find information re: cesspool decommissioning, so I didn't know what to expect in terms of process or price. I contacted Soil Solutions first after a search, and promptly received a friendly reply from Alex. He sent a reasonable looking quote. I had reached out to several other companies in the meantime. Of those, 3 contacted me with bids. SS's bid came at the same price as another company, but Alex gave me such a good impression, the whole process seemed very professional, and I went with them.

Turns out we had two cesspools, and no accurate record of either. Antonio came out a few times to dig. It was an ordeal, and I worried we wouldn't find the second one. But Antonio followed through and eventually found it. Shouts out to Jordan, Dan (or was it Dave?), and also an awesome city inspector who helped get the job done. They also did a great job seeding with a nice soft grass after, and less than two weeks later my grass is growing and the yard is pretty much back to normal.

The whole time, they were communicative, prompt, helpful, answered any of my questions. I'm so thankful I picked Soil Solutions and not another company. The price is right, and they go above and beyond to get the job done right too. Thank you!

We recently called Soil Solutions regarding the radon mitigation device we installed through them a few years ago. We noticed the radon level went a bit recently so called them for an advice. One of their technicians (Neal) came out right away and installed a new device with no charge because it was under the warranty. He was very knowledgeable and professional as well. They also did a post-installation testing without a charge to make sure the new device is working. The account manager (Gabby) was prompt and helpful. We highly recommend this company.

Keith and Cory came out to dig down and clean out our diesel tank for the first part of decommissioning. My tank ended up being a lot farther down than expected, and was completely covered with Rocks and roots. It took them quite a bit longer to expose the tank than expected. Both men were super polite and answered all of my questions while continuing to work on the project. I feel both Keith and Cory went up and above expectation on this job, working hard for more hours than originally expected, and did a fantastic job. The tank was left clean and ready for fill. I am extremely happy with the work they've done, and with how Soil Solutions has handled this project thus far. Alex has been a great project manager explaining each step of the way to me in detail and taking time to answer additional questions I've had. I appreciate Alex taking the time to make sure I am completely satisfied each step of the way.

We are selling our house and had the unfortunate and stressful discovery of an undiscovered oil tank on our property that appeared to have been semi-decommissioned a long, long time ago. Soil Solutions handled the job from discovery to proper decommission. The crew were very polite and professional, and they left the backyard looking exactly like it had been before they started. I was surprised at how minimally invasive our oil tank discovery and decommission turned out to be, perhaps because our soil samples came back clean (whew! & yay!). I would definitely recommend Soil Solutions to anyone looking for oil tank discovery & decommission. Pricing was very fair and I liked that they called for utilities to be marked before they started the work. (Another company I'd called didn't mention doing that and were also slightly higher on pricing, too.) Also, they were able to get out and do the work quicker than I thought they would be able to so, way to go, Soil Solutions!:)

Soil Solutions recently decommissioned a heating oil tank at my home. The entire project was done very well and in a timely manor. Everyone from the front office to the men in the field did an outstanding job. They were all helpful in keeping me informed about what was being done and when the job would be completed. I highly recommend them.

We got a few estimates for a radon mitigation system after selling my house. The estimate from Soil Solutions was the best and their communication in getting the logistics set up were excellent. They were professional all the way. Cleaned their mess, worked efficiently and once it was installed everything worked great and the radon levels fell to well below acceptable. Highly recommend.
