I am just wrapping up training and the experience has been great. You get to work from the comfort of your home while making a good hourly wage. There is plenty of down time between calls making it a low stress environment. Training is broken up over a 4-6 week period. It is a lot to learn but they break it into phases and give you hands on practice. After training you have a set schedule that doesnt change. You also have the opportunity to sign up for overtime. The team is very friendly and the leads are patient and helpful. I definitely recommend this job!
