Found a metal thing that comes from the stapler in my burger. I think you guys should avoid eating here and just cook a home meal

I ordered thru grub hub and my order was messed up an not right.an the lady argued with me.bout what I ordered! Very Very Poor Customer service!

I actually love the dishes and customer service, good location nearby to my apartment. The staff members are always super nice. Will come back again.

Food is great, but the people taking the orders need to talk a bit slower so they can be understood. Sounds like they are on speed. Makes you feel like an inconvenience as a customer.

Old time drive up servise and ordering from your car. They take your food to you at your car. Food is good!

I live Sonic but burgers were surprisingly cold this time. As we're the tots. Like my food hot off the grill.

THE ORDERING SCREENS ARE FANTASTIC THEY LET ME PLUG IN MY ROKU AND I ENJOYED INCREDIBLES 2. NO SUBTITLES BUT OTHERWISE ENJOYABLE. A FAST MAN ON LITTLE WHEELS BROUGHT ME A SALTED BREAD SHAFT. SCRUMPTIOUS.

Food was bright out nice and hot, got our order perfect and they kept our safety top of mind in their delivery of the food. Their customer service was very good.

Their super foot long Philly Cheesesteak had barely any meat on it at all. Very disappointed. For 5 dollars, it should have meat and no tater tots in it.

This is a good sonic. Easy to order ahead on the phone. Staff are always friendly. Food comes out promptly and is fresh. Drive through can block the stalls sometime, but hasn't been an issue for us yet. Not much else you can ask for in a fast food restaurant.

There are so many choices, and they let customize your flavors.

The store has a good selection of your every day needs but like most right now, they have little.to no reloading products.

Overall experience with Sonic, is pretty good, I'd say 4 Stars.

But the last 2 times I've went there, the food hasn't been that great, but it's also been pretty late.

The times were both around 10-12 Midnight, but the food was pretty cold BOTH times, and unfortunately they did get a couple items wrong one of the times.

So the new experience with Sonic is now 3 Stars.

We came in shortly after they opened for the day and there was no line. The onion rings are sweet and have a good breading. The popcorn chicken isn't over breaded and is cooked well. The French fries are salted well and crisp. It was my first time at sonic, it was pleasant.

They didn't know what Extreme Tots were, and still got it wrong when I listed it the toppings twice.

Basic fast food place but with lots of options. The thing that bothers me is how often they get my order wrong. Also why are they still using styrofoam? It breaks, leaks & so bad for environment!

I placed an order today and went in the drive thru. The young lady who took my order repeated mt exact order back to me word for word then when I picked up my order the whole order was completely wrong. How do you mess up an order that was repeated back to the customer? Not impressed at all.

Don't interrupt the customer when they are talking and wait times when its not busy is ridiculous for 2 items

The Slushies were delicious but our grilled chicken sandwich was cold but they made us a replacement and were really nice
