Food was really good. Best burgers and hotdogs that we have had far out weighing other establishments. They have the best French fries. The workers were very friendly and very helpful.

Went to the bend Oregon sonic when we were grocery shopping today about 5: 46ish pm ordered the new buffalo chicken pc asked for the 7 pc the girl didn’t know what we were talking about said they only had a 5pc and we ordered chill cheese fries with onion and this is what we got and no receipt

When we pulled up to the menu the person taking our order was extremely rude when we were asking questions and continuously rushing us when we were trying to decide. Then when we pulled up to the window the older lady was also very rude making me feel like I didn’t know what I ordered when I corrected her. Then she got the manager when I told her the order wasn’t right and he handed us our food, they forgot the straws so when we asked for straws we got a lot of attitude. May I add that the people who work here look extremely dirty and it’s no wonder sonic is going out of business.

Deceptively nice manager, terrible desserts. The other night I went through the drive through with 2 friends of mine, so we ordered 3 blasts. The person on the intercom said our total would be $18.47 and then turned off the intercom. They didn't even say "See you at the widow" or "Will that be all? " after sitting at the intercom thing for a solid 30 seconds, I put the car in reverse and then pulled back up to the intercom only to get a different employee. I asked if we could put whipped cream on the 3 blasts we had just ordered and they were confused as to why someone would want 3 whipped creams. Finally they understood that we had just ordered the blasts separately, and offered the whipped cream. However, because the whipped cream for 3 blasts was a near $2 extra. We ended up opting out and stuck with regular old blasts.

Upon receiving the 3 blasts, for over $18 mind you, they had next to no toppings in them. We ordered Reeces and got vanilla ice cream with 1 spoonful of Reeces chunks on top.

Considering we had just spent almost $20 on some ice cream, we were going to get what we paid for. So we went back through the drive through and explained the situation. The person on the intercom told us that it was impossible for the blasts to have no toppings as he had watched them put in the toppings themself. I kindly told him that we still had the receipt and he was welcome to come see for himself whether there was any toppings. He again told us that they definitely had toppings and he watched them mix them in. I again explained that he was welcome to come look as he did not believe me.

At this point the person on the intercom is done trying to deal with me and ends up sending the manager out. Out comes the manager and sure enough. The manager agrees there are no toppings, and is very kind and apologetic too. He then explains that they have a new guy working there and he is 16, and doesn't quite know what he is doing yet. Then the manager walks away. He didn't offer to add toppings or give us a partial refund or any of that stuff. He basically said 'Sure enough, no toppings! It's because of the new guy' the end.

Little does he know that the person ahead of me at the window is my friend. According to my friend, the manager walked back into Sonic and said "and just like that, they're gone! " - triumphantly I might add.

Moral of the story. Sonic is too expensive for that it is, disrespectful when they mess up, unwilling to fix their mistakes. And the customers are clearly at the bottom of the list as far as priorities go.

Only one left in Bend, but that doesn't matter, they have great coney dogs! I order mine with mustard and onion added, but to each there own.

Food was okay. But within minutes got diarrhea and a fever. Tail signs of contaminated food or food poising.

Cashier could have been a bit more helpful/punctual but he got the job done either way. Food was good.

The experience was great but how can a company in this day and age, use Styrofoam cups at their restaurants. I hope that they can fix this problem. Also the recipe for tots has changed. I miss the seasoning that made the tots spcial.

My sister in law and I went to this Sonic yesterday afternoon and both ended up with food poisoning. It was the only thing we both ate or drank and we both got sick. We went back to talk to them and the Operations Manager turned us away, asking us what we wanted him to do about it and if we still had the food. He made it very clear that he didn’t care. We’ve already called the health department, but I still won’t be going back to Sonic. Given how disinterested the Operations Manager was in the fact that their food made us sick, it seems they don’t have any intention of taking care of it to finding the source of the issue.

40 dollar order and they forget my drinks. I drove 5 miles to my hotel as I was just tired and ready to eat. I called them and let them know and because of this mistake my food would be cold by the time I got the drinks and can you please remake my order and I will bring the food back which is now cold and will now be colder because of their mistake.rude dude on the phone hung up on me after not even apologizing for the drink mess up. I will never be back.

Both my sister-in-law and I got food poisoning here yesterday. Tried to let the manager know something made us sick and he completely blew us off. Whatever made us sick they have no intention of fixing so I'd avoid this location.

Horrible customer service from the toothless guy. They never made my food but had time to goof off with friends. When asked where my food was. I was basically told i can go somewhere else. Such a shame!

Great food decent price. I love happy hour from 2-4 where they give 50%off on a lot of items. My fiance and I get their delicious drinks. I get a large strawberry lemonade and my fiance gets a diet cherry limeade and it's like $4.10 total. You can barely buy those items at the store for that price. And they use real fruit not just flavored sugar
