17Love the atmosphere and the fact they bring your food out "drive in style". Staff was fast and friendly. Food for me was really just ok. Drinks on the other hand were great!
Staff are always so pleasant and professional. I drive about 30 miles for this great service.
I ordered my food through the app. The girl walked out to the passenger side of my car to hand me my food. When she finally walked to my driver side she had an attitude. She wasn’t friendly at all. To make the whole thing better I ordered ice cream that I couldn’t even eat because the lid wasn’t put on correctly and it split all over my car. This location seems to have really gone down hill since Covid. I’m won’t be back. I would recommend anywhere else for food and ice cream. What a waste of money this place is now. I wasted $6 on something that ended costing me time to clean up.
They lost our order. Was horrible was treated badly when trying to figure out what was going on. Food was finally found but was cold.

Stopped here on our way to the State fair. Pathetic doesn't even come close to describing this place. Placed our order and literally less than a minute later it was at our car. Fast food shouldn't even be that fast. Even with just one other car here.
Asked for no pickles on one of the burgers, pickles came on the burger. Medium Coke was filled barely 3/4 full.
The food quality and taste isn't worth another visit.

This place has consistently gone downhill. Everytime we go, we have another issue. This time, they told me my debit card was "not authorized". I called my bank and they said that is nonsense. I went to McDonalds and it worked just fine. Good thing I had some cash on me so I could at least get the drinks I wanted. Well, I get all the way home and the bottom of one of our Route 44oz Sodas completely broke out in a perfect circle and dumped all over our living room couch and rug. Nice. What are the odds of a styrofoam cup having the entire bottom fall out in a perfect circle? Seems suspect to me. Needless to say I am furious! What a joke.

So this is what I got back from Sonic after my complaint to their corporate office. Really, a free drink? For the drink that basically exploded all over my leather couch and new shag rug? Unbelievable. "Merica's Drive-In"

I tried to stop by here after work at 11: 45 for them to inform me they were closed. That's absolutely ridiculous for them to stop taking orders that much before the close time. I can see 5 minutes before closing telling people no so they can finish current orders by 12: 00, but when the workers close up shop early so they can clean and leave earlier that's not cool because their app, window, and Google clearly say they are open until 12: 00, not 11: 45
Oh my god, I tried going through the drive thru and the girl who attempted to take my order was a complete rude person and had the biggest attitude wow lol like she should quit if she hates her job soo much
The African American girl working is rude as hell. She lied and said she was the manager when she isn't and had major attitude when we told her we didn't get one of our food items.
I'm always getting food posion from their food! Both location around this area will leave you sick! Don't eat the food
Order was wrong. Tried to have our order corrected. Employee was rude, aggressive, confrontational and threatening. She also used profanity. Very disappointed.
I was not impressed with their food. My chicken was not even really warm and didn't taste good. My fries were also not warm. My kids and husband said the same thing about their burgers and fries as well. Their shakes were absolutely delicious though. The guy who helped us was very sweet though.
My wife went to grab a snack for herself and our son. She messaged me photos of the food and when she got back she even noticed the cup was broken and it leaked into the cupholder. The chicken wrap was literally a chicken strip in a tortilla and my sons burger was a patty and bun, that is all.
Nostalgia and a memory of yummy food brought my family to this Sonic today. Dry burgers that settled like bricks in our bellies. Incorrect order brought out. Won't go back.: (
The lady taking our order didn't even let us finish ordering before she gave us our total then when we told her she added something we didn't want she removed it and once again cut us off before we finished our order. It was frustrating
I ordered mozzarella cheese sticks, and a soft, pretzel twist. When I got to the window, I said, can you be sure that the sticks are at least Warm if not hot. Last time they were cold. When she handed me my order, she said, “They feel warm. “ She was right, they were warm, barely! Then I ate the pretzel twist. Oh my gosh! Was this one left over from yesterday? Shriveled and overcooked. Could not even finish it. What a waste of my money. This is the third time this has happened at this Wilsonville location. Why go back? Very disappointed.
