Sora Sushi

It might look like a shady alleyway at first, but think again! When you step in it's HEAVENLY, especially if you get there when the conveyor belt is running! Cheap and yummy food, if you get it off the conveyor belt. If you don't get there in time to get sushi off the conveyor belt, don't sweat it! You can just order whatever you want! A bit more pricey for the ordering, but overall a GREAT place for family, friends, even a date!

Our kids like convey belt sushi because they normally get California Rolls. The sushi is made well and is fresh. Great restaurant for a budget friendly and good food but not really a fancy date spot.

Great experience, amazing food. Felt like I was back in japan. Quail eggs were to die for. So was the kobe beef roll.

This is a fun little conveyor belt sushi place. Service was absolutely great. The food was very good. There were some crunchy rolls that were super yummy. The warm rolls and the potstickers and eggrolls are hard to see through the steamy tops. But prices were comparable with the food. And it was a nice lunch for two for under 20 bucks. We will definitely go back whenever we are in Redmond!

I tried this little place out on vacation, and it wasn't too bad.it was a lot better than another sushi place I tried in town.i would definitely go back.

We've come here a few times. They're fairly decent, with pretty good service and good food at affordable prices. The only thing I'd like to see is more selection on the conveyor belt, and for the belt to be operating all the way through dinner time. I understand that may not always be possible, but it would make the experience more enjoyable for me personally. With this in mind, I'll probably just start coming earlier in the day, but will definitely be back.

I enjoyed my experience here. I only knocked off one star as I could have used a bit more variety in the plate options on the conveyor. They have a menu as well, but most go there to experience picking off the conveyor line, so I was hoping for some more variety. The atmosphere was great, I loved the decorations. The service was a bit lacking. It's almost like when you sit down you are a bit forgotten. I was fine with this as the options rolling past me kept my attention. The quality was average. I would certainly go back as overall I enjoyed my trip to Sora Sushi.

This is my favorite Japanese restaurant in Deschutes County. We ordered the chasiu ramen and gyoza ramen. Both were solid and hit the spot. Sora serves a chicken based broth, which is unique for ramen. It was flavorful, light (not as greasy as other ramen), and yet still filling. I'd say the ramen is on part with Miyagi.

Love this place. Great experience every time. My kids loves sushi and love the conveyor. Get a large variety of rolls.

I walked in around 7: 40pm
Ordered Tuna and Hamachi Sashimi.
Sat for about 15-20 mins.
Asked the server if they forgot to make my order. He said he submitted the order.
They forgot to make my food.
I walked out.
They comped my miso soup and cucumber.

I've eaten here many times.
First time I have ever had service this bad. Or none at all actually.

Excellent sushi and great, friendly service. The novelty of the conveyor belt is fun and creates variety, but nothing is labeled, so it can be an adventure to figure out the less obvious dishes. It's definitely a hidden gem. All the food was fresh and delicious.

Get the hand rolls, kinda tricky to eat and sauce up but worth it, unagi yum!

Good price point compared to others.

Awesome conveyer belt sushi available in Redmond, sushi was decent, but the experience was not one I expected to find here.

As a food critic i can say very good service, excellent tempura. The tempura is light and fluffy not too greasy which I love. The edmame always has the perfect amount of salt and is cooked well. Presentation is a hundred percent and kids will love it. They even put apples on the tray for my daughter. I ordered the cherry blossom roll, Philadelphia, and sake nigiri
Everything is colorful, fresh to the palate, and not too heavy. When the fish touches the palate it has a medium lustred texture as well as being cold.which is what you want in sake nigiri. Even the gyoza was perfectly pan fried and not overcooked or undercooked. The servers kept checking on us with great timing in-between and asking us if we want anything else. I felt like i was fine dinning. My daughter loved the ice cream mochi! The inside of the building is very well decorated and bathrooms were clean. Well done.

I went with a friend around lunchtime on a Saturday and it was not busy, which was pleasant. We started with Thai iced teas that were delicious and got the tempura shrimp and veggies to start. Both were fried to perfection and served with a Ponzu sauce side. Followed by the spicy sushi roll combination. The rolls were delicious and well prepared, I couldn't say if it was fresh or not but it definitely tasted like it. The servers were attentive and friendly, and the conveyor belt food was also great. We will definitely be returning!

First time here I ordered the sashimi sampler and creamy scallop hand roll had a couple of sapporos and it was great I will be coming back when I'm back in town

Employees on their phones……. Sat with my son for over half an hour with menus, no one asked if we wanted to order. No one cared that we were even in the building.

Horrible service and honestly it was my first time there and it will also be my last.
