Souper Bowls reviews
15 Had a super rice bowl, the staff recommended it was absolutely amazing. Got my attention while waiting in a different very long line and I'm glad I listened. The staff was amazing, friendly not overly pushy.
Sadly it's only in the mall food court.
By far my favorite food I’ve ever had in a while definitely recommend this. They’re so sweet!
Upadate*** I have went back and had a much better experience with Pho, rice bowls and great shrimp and noodle wraps. ****Lots of chunks of fat and bone in my soup. I may be spoiled because I usually get my pho from the Danang food cart. I have had the rice bowl on other occasions and I would rate it a 4 because it is a healthier option than most food at the mall. I don't recomend the pho though.
I got the pork bahn mi and the quality of the food was SO poor! Everything was insanely dry and stale and even the veggies were wilted rather than pickled and I think I found one leaf of cilantro in the whole thing. What a disservice to this classic.
Paid $20 for a sandwich and thai iced tea. The drink cup was entirely filled with ice, to the point where I could barely poke my straw in it. About 3 sips of actual drink was provided in the cup. I asked if I could get some more drink because I paid $5 for a cup of ice and was rudely denied, as apparently it's their "company policy" to rip people off. The lady said I needed to pay $5 for another drink. Hell no. Terrible customer service and business practice.
Edit: I'd never ask for a refill at Starbucks because even they don't fill the ENTIRE cup with ice. That's a pretty low bar to set for yourself. As someone around small business owners, there's a fine line between customer satisfaction and saving money and you all are nowhere near it. I paid $5 for iced tea, not a cup full to the brim with ice. Do better.
Very poor food experience, the “teriyaki pineapple” was about 9-10oz of food for 15 dollars. The rice was crunchy and very unpleasant. Overall I will not be returning. What a rip off and terrible food experience.
For me I love food, but! Food taste great when the cooks put love into what they do. I really appreciate the customer service at this food court. And how my dish came out there was care and love in my lunch today thank you.ill be back soon
Local, family-owned, friendly, excellent service and divine food. Their pho and other soups; banh mi-it should ALL be on your bucket list!
We are out of towners from Jackson county and we went here for a bite to eat. The pho was incredible my family and I enjoyed every bit of it. My folks got the teriyaki pineapple rice and I got the chicken pho. A regular bowl is a very good portion the prices are perfect for what you get it. Zoey was the woman who helped us and she was so sweet. Next time I'm in town I will be stopping by again.
Excellent food and highly recommend the s
Souper Bowl! Huge portions and deliciousness with every bite!
Hard to believe that as an adult I’ve never had Vietnamese food before. I was at the mall with my family and tried the Won ton soup. It was amazing. The large size is huge and I got a couple meals off of it.
I’ve been back several times, and it’s never disappointed. The staff has always been polite. Makes it worth going to the mall
Wonton soup is delicious. It’s awesome to have a fresh and non greasy option at the mall foodcourt.
Amazingly friendly, top notch customer service. Over all wonderful experience. Definitely a new favorite and will for sure recommend.
SO good! Portions are big, food is super flavorful, zero complaints. I’m honestly shocked this place doesn’t get more business. Didn’t leave me feeling gross like Panda Express does. DEFINITELY will be coming back.
