Shane did a very through and meticulous cleaning our Daikin ductless heating and a/c system. He was very patient in explaining exactly what he was going to do and in helping us understand how our system worked. We will definitely be asking for Shane when it comes time for our annual maintenance next year.

There service technician Shane came out. On time and super helpful. Knows his stuff for sure. He had no problem answering my many questions. Definitely using them again in the future.

Brandon was here today and fixed the gas fireplace, the noise we were hearing from the return air and the two front bedrooms which were a little cold. Ours is a new home, and Southern Oregon did all the HVAC. We could not be more pleased. They have made three trips to Klamath Falls in response to our needs. There were at least two other technicians on those calls, and I’m embarrassed I cannot name them. The important thing is, all we’re friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Brandon in particular was impressive. Would anyone ever guess the noise we were hearing was fixed by hand adjusting the louvers until the noise stopped. This was an installation of a new HVAC system to replace a 20 yr old unit in a mfg home. 2 businesses were recommended to us by a friend and So OR Htg & Air, was, by far, the most knowledgeable, professional and friendly beginning with our estimate by Mark Westermann (Owner). Mark educated us on the equipment and even talked my husband down from a more expensive unit that was not needed to be the most efficient for our home.

Installers Russ and Dakota - enough cannot be said about this "A" Team! My husband asked all kinds of questions, observed the quality of their work and was quite impressed with their teamwork and attention to detail. I think Dakota may have some OCD's (lol!) Warm, friendly and experts in their field. An added bonus for us was their faith. This sounds like an ad, but it's not! I don't normally write this stuff - but you will have 'no' regrets by using them. Good people, very reputable company!

SOHAC installed a new heat pump and thermostat on 10/10/23.
All of the owners and employees who I interacted with were professional, competent and friendly. Warren spent more than 45 minutes with me after the installation answering my questions and programing the new thermostat. I highly recommend them.

I regularly have Southern Oregon Heating and Air service my HVAC equipment. They recently did a replacement installation of one of the systems and I couldn't be happier with the workers, their work or the equipment they installed. They even got it installed almost a month ahead of schedule. I can definitely recommend them for any HVAC work.

Shane was very knowledgeable and provided much needed info, He provided the routine maintenance check for the heating and cooling systems and changed out the filter for me, that I had on hand.

They are rip off artists.charged me for a very expensive fill up of coolant, then when it still didnt fix my AC, they snuck the coolant back into their tanks and still charged me saying that it must have leaked out. So, i had a man put gas into the line, overnight and when he came back the next day, the gas was still in the lines.there was no leak. Do NOT trust them.cost me over 800.00 to be ripped off. I despise them. Told them right to their faces and they continued to lie to me about it.pos.then they wanted to replace the old non working unit with a brand new unit that would have cost me over 2k.needless to say, after i found out what they did, I used someone else. I hate liars and cheats

Gabe was AWESOME! Super knowledgeable, found the problem (fried board in the heatpump) quickly, came back the same day with parts and everything is working now! GREAT SERVICE IN 2022! WHAT? ! Called at 0700 and Gabe was on time at 0830! I’m totally impressed! Thanks again!

8/4/2022 I had a new heating and air conditioning system installed, the installers were very professional and responsive to my questions. I have used Southern Oregon Heating and Air in the past and I am extremely happy with their service. Every person I have contact with are always friendly and professional. I would recommend this company if you ever have a problem with your system.
Brandon arrived early and was very responsive to my questions. He explained what the different problems could be and was very professional. Brandon explained what he was doing as I had a lot of questions. My air conditioner was fixed in a short period of time and is working great. I would recommend Southern Oregon Heating and Air to anyone who is experiencing problems with their system.

They scheduled me quickly, and Brandon was great, very informative, explaining what he was doing and all the options I had available! He even called to see if he could come early since he had an opening in his schedule! He jumped right in to diagnose the problem and we are back in the comfortable temperatures just in time for the next heat wave!

Great service. Took a couple days to get fit in their schedule, but the technician was prompt, professional, and answered all our questions. Prices were fair. Would use them again!

Brandon arrived 20 minutes after our report to the business office and diagnosed the problem replaced the "capacitor" to our ac unit and the job was done quickly! Best service we've observed in a long time. Definitely recommend!

I'm writing to share my recommendation for Southern Oregon Heating & Air Conditioning. I recently contracted with them to perform maintenance on my furnace and air conditioning unit. Shane was our serviceman. He was awesome! He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, respectful and worked efficiently. He patiently explained many things to my guy as he stood by watching and trying to learn as much as possible on what the current status of everything was and what we need to do to keep everything in optimal condition. I believe the price was fair for this service, and I will definitely call them again for furnace or air conditioning issues in the future (as well as maintenance)!
