I loved my first appt with Dr. Russell- she put me at ease and I appreciated her direct, smart, personable, and authentic approach; SO thankful to have found her! In addition, admin staff have been consistently welcoming and accommodating, as I needed to re-schedule my appt several times due to work conflicts! Thank you ALL for welcoming me as a new patient!

It took me 3 months to get an appointment, during my appointment the doctor gave me a long lecture as to why I shouldn't have had this appointment because my insurance wasn't appropriate for this.and why i got there so "late" that I didn't get to fill out pre-screening paper work when I had gotten there 30 minutes before my appointment only to find that the office was still closes, then I get billed and when I called to get a payment plan set up they gave me the run around including having to wait on hold and returning phone calls only to be told to call a different number. It is so beyond frustrating t have to deal with this and have such poor service

I have been coming to SW Family for about 4 years now. My PCP and therapist there are remarkable! I know I’m lucky that I found a great fit right away, Simone is personable, knowledgeable, and has been SO helpful every time I see her!

Today's visit was a follow-up for me. My first visit with Dr. Gapay was very good. I hadn't been to a doctor for quite a while so I was apprehensive. I shouldn't have been because Dr. Gapay was great! He addressed my concerns, gall bladder pain and shoulder pain, very professionally yet made me feel at ease. The ladies at the front desk and the assistant were also great. I definitely recommend Southwest Family Physicians.

I was very pleased with our meet and greet. Dr. Russell is the perfect choice for my primary Care professional.

The office is clean and adheres to the new Covid rules. They normally are pretty prompt and get you in within 10 - 15 minutes of your appointment. My doctor and assistant has always been helpful and caring.

I just started seeing Doctor Jill Russell a few months ago, but I am so happy to have found her! My appointment today was over a FaceTime call due to restrictions, but it went fast, smooth, and easy. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a new primary care doctor.

Care provided was professional and staff were very personable. I was given answers to all of my questions and any additional information I received was beneficial to my treatment during visits and for day to day quality of life.

Scarlett is a great listener and understands my emotions very well. She knows what is going on in my head and can put pieces together in ways that I never thought of. The way she gives instructions when she needs to makes it very easy for me to understand. I’ve had great experiences with her so far and am looking forward to the ones we’ll have soon to come!

Dr. Gulick and team are helpful, knowledgeable and encouraging. They’ve helped me with steady and sustainable weight loss. I have the tools to maintain my health and I feel great.

PA-C Jessica Vincent has always been so easy and comfortable to talk to. She never makes me feel rushed and explains things so well. Happy I found someone I can trust with my health.

I started going to Southwest for the weightloss component but it’s become the overall care and support of their staff that I appreciate most. Dr. Nikolao is a 10 in this area. I highly recommend the care of SW Family Physicians.

Ali McMenamin is a gem of a doc, listens and gives sound advice. I will never leave her! I never wait more than 5-10 minutes, rare for a doctor's office. And the front desk is always friendly

Molly Stratton is outstanding. She listens to me and always takes me seriously. The staff is so attentive and helps me promptly answer questions when I send an email.

Dr. Jorgenson is an excellent physical therapist, providing me with specific exercises to alleviate a back injury.

Terrible place, incompetent providers and therapists. I did not feel I was ever understood or treated well here at all. I usually do not rate my physicians low but this place was not very good. The mental health services were terrible, if you are a young adult I would not recommend going here as they will automatically label you for certain health issues. No cultural competency and their managment systems are old fashioned and out of date.

Amazing staff! ️ I am so glad that they are my doctors office! Given me so much help and resources and education for any and every health need I have! Amazing doctor too that I have!
