Specialized Foreign Car Service

After having problems with 2 other local repair shops, I was told about Specialized. The rest is history really, I have never been anywhere else since… That was almost 19 years ago… Having a great mechanic/shop is a real relief… Nobody else touches our families vehicles… V/R Shawn

I love that this is a family owned business. They are prompt and explain what they’re going to be doing and great customer service.

My family and I were driving home through Medford to southern California when we heard a whistling sound from the engine of our Volvo XC60 and the Check Engine light lit up. It was quickly diagnosed and parts were ordered from the nearest Volvo dealer. After the parts arrived, the PCV components and the thermostat were replaced and we were on our way. Did I mention that they were working in 111 degree heat? The team at Specialized turned a potential disaster into a big relief. We are grateful!

Perfect mechanics. I drive from Klamath Falls to bring my Lexus and Honda here: after trying half a dozen grease balls in the area I will never go to another garage in the area again.

I was very pleased with the job they did for me inspecting a car that I really wanted but was advised not a good deal to many things wrong with it although disappointing, I was thankful for their expertise. The engine had a stalling problem when at running temperature. The staff was willing to test drive and search out the problem. So far, so good!

Very professional, the work was really well done and they completely installed a brand new air conditioning unit and charged it. Runs really cold, and very fast. Really impressed.

Devon and Russ are amazing! I have been taking my cars to Specialized for at least 15 years and they are always there for me! Recently I brought my car in for rodent damage. They worked with my insurance company to authorize a through inspection to make sure there was not a single chewed wire missed. They even found some amazing safe non toxic rodent repellant to ensure I never have this problem again. They are the most honest mechanics I have ever met.

These guys rocked my beloved short bus! They took good care of my 2004 Nissan Xterra and made it run like brand new. They will work hard for you.

Russ and the crew are awesome! They've treated my mom very well over the years and the level of service has continued to be upheld with my brother and I as well. I was very pleased with Devin and his team. I asked for for a thorough inspection of our recently purchased 2003 Subaru Forester (only 74,000 miles, 1 owner) as we wanted to decide if it was worth keeping with confidence, after we turn in our 2021 leased Forester. They inspected in detail the entire vehicle and then spent another half hour discussing options we might consider to assure dependability. He pointed out some currently occuring issues and also the timelines for brakes, tires, and potential under carriage long-term issues. In my 60 years of owning multiple cars, trucks, and 6 RV's I have seldom experienced the depth of knowledge and trustworthiness I found at SPECIALIZED. He even recommended other vendors for the few things they don't do. We will soon be back to begin using their services. 5 Stars all around! JKP
